release from bondage

Wow, where do I begin. Please pray that I may be released from my addiction to cigarettes, I made it for a couple of days but it is so hard !!

Also for the strength and confidence to leave the relationship I am in as it is not marriage, sanctified by God. That I will find a church right for me, led there by the Lord.

I know that I am forgiven and daily pray & read my bible, however sometimes I still feel separated from God. Any scripture that you can suggest is much appreciated ! Also, any one in the same boat?
