>>”Well some ppl believe that due to this longing, this need to understand why ppl die, why we suffer, all these things, need for faith etc. we create a God to worship.<<”
Well now, I wouldn’t say these “longings for answers” in people, necessarily “create a God”, although we CAN create our own Gods (such as: I surrender to secular humanism) etc…these people are experiencing normal questions for those who do not know God or His Word (properly).
>>”I believe its the opposite. Just as how we have a need to be nurtured when we are born, we (usually) have a mother of a nuturing nature. Well, God makes us feel this longing towards Him, so that we will lean on, depend, and believe in Him. He is, and we in our head do look for s.thing bigger, just as He wants us to so that we will come to him. What do u think?<<”
I believe God would like to have a personal relationship with everyone of us. In fact, I’d go so far as to say I know it. Yes, He draws us to find the answers in Him, and those who truly meet Him are not disappointed. Those who are…. have holes in their “containers” and this is not God’s fault. I know what it’s like to have holes in my container, and i know what it’s like to say “let God be true, and every man a liar.”
