Hi, I am kinda in a different situation. I homeschool my niece and two nephews. Dad works and mom raises dogs and is always busy. I spoke up and told them that I would do it. The pupblic school system ridiculed one of my nephews and my niece. The other nephew wasn’t old enough for school yet. The 2 were always picked on by teachers and other students. They are by no means unattractive, it was because of their faith. We live in a community where it is mainly Mormon, so if you are not a mormon you are severly ridiculed. My niece also stood up to her teacher about evalution, she was not going to stand by and be forced to believe it. Shortly after they were both pulled from the school system. At least now they are going to get the basics of a Biblical based education. There are very hard days, and there are easy days. My husband is a long haul truck driver so it fills my time as well.
I was inspired by story of loss, hope, and courage. It takes a lot for a person to go through what you went through. Thankfully you had the Lord to lean on when you were in need. A lot of people would turn and run from Him, blaming Him. You are to be admired.
I pray that God will continue to bless you and your children.
