With all due respect to you, I would emphatically disagree with your declaring that Roman Catholicism is doctrinally built from a Christological base. It is not my desire to contend with you on that matter at this time, but surely you would agree that many of your traditions that you hold are not Christo-centric at all.
To answer your question:
It is unquestionable that Jesus Christ possesses a human nature. This means that He hungered, He thirsted and also grew tired. He, too, was tempted in all points as we have been, yet He never sinned.
Now, I must posit a few questions to you:
Does Jesus possess a divine nature? If so, how did that come to be? And how do you understand this nature to affect the person of Jesus Christ?
