Shall we mention about how meat was talked about in the epistles or should I stop there?

You mean like this?

“Eat whatever is sold in the meat market without raising any question on the ground of conscience.” (1 Cor 10:25)

Or how about this:

“… and wherever he enters, say to the master of the house, ‘The Teacher says, Where is my guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?'” (Mark 14:14)

An here’s some info on the Passover meal:

Jewish Passover foods have varied according to the availability of ingredients in different geographic locations where one’s Jewish ancestors lived in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia in general. Jewish Passover foods created in different locations throughout history have often resembled the food of other inhabitants where Jews lived but Jews usually either added additional ingredients of Jewish symbolic significance and/or created different methods of creating and/or cooking the food.

So without further ado, here are some assorted Jewish Passover meal recipes:

Chicken Breast with Farfel Stuffing

Chopped Liver

Lasagna or Lasagne

Ragout of Chicken and Spring Vegetables

Roasted Chicken with Vegetable Stuffing
