Unpardonable Sin

To all on this forum: I am very sorry for all of our personal problems in life but unless we keep our eyes on God’s word we will stray off from the truth.

I don’t rely on personal experiences or anything in history to form my beliefs. The bible becomes my only source and my trust is in God the Holy Spirit.

IS ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED TRUE?

God would not have put these following verses in the bible if they were not true. The sign of a born again child of God is that they are filled with the Holy Spirit as stated in v4 and many other scriptures if you would like more information.

Heb 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

Heb 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

Heb 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

WHO TO PRAY FOR!

More over we are told not to even pray for a brother in the Lord if they are in that position of denying the Holy Spirit. So they were really at one time saved or God would not have allowed this to be written. Even as some say “maybe these people were not really saved and John just couldn’t see that”. I say God was not fooled and he had John write 1John 5:16. God also had the book of Hebrew written.

1Jo 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

I don’t mean just getting angry but completely denying the Holy Spirit. A person can do this by never trusting God or just giving up trusting in God. That is why God COMMANDS us to persevere unto the end of our lives or until Jesus Christ returns.

Again all this is based on if a person is really Holy Spirit filled.

THERE IS HOPE FOR PEOPLE NOT REALLY SAVED YET!

A person can say and act even feel they love God but that doesn’t mean they were really born again child of God. In fact a person can spend their entire life doing things for God and feeling like they are loving him and still not have salvation. If you or a loved one is unsure if they are a child of God but is trying to love him. Then they could repent (meaning change their mind about the true way to receive salvation) and turn to really trusting God. This could be why a person feels doubtful, because they never were born again.

If a person was really born again Spirit filled and then rejects God, He says in Hebrews; repentance would be impossible.

If you doubt your salvation or any ones and want to know if a person is really born again Holy Spirit filled then please ask.
