The god in this quote is Satan? I see, but why call Satan the god of whatever age it was or still is?

Isn’t God stronger than Satan? Why does God allow Satan to “blind minds” if he can keep Satan from doing so?

I mean how can anyone stand a chance if one god is blinding your mind from benefiting from the glory of another god?
