You’re right in saying that we cant understand why we hurt, but except for some exceptions, we cannot prevent the work of God in our lives. As Christians (I know that you r not one), God is the Potter and we are the clay. We might not uunderstand why we need to go tthrough the pressure and fire, or why we’re shaped such a way, but the Maker is making us even more beautiful each day. In short, we cannot try to reduce our sufferings except avoiding mistakes, and yet on the other hand, God heals the broken hearts and no other god is capable of that. I don’t need another proof for that–me life is a testimony that God heals.
