Like the topic, I love cars. Guess I’m a bit of a motorhead.
Though I don’t have it on the road yet, I am restoring my first ever car. It is a 1977 Ford Ranchero GT and a direct answer to prayer, such a blessing! It runs like a dream!! I got it 3 years ago when I was 19. I had to store it at my parents for 2 years after I was married since I had moved over seas for awhile. But now I’m back and I am working on it.
It’s got about 90,000 miles on it,
Original am radio
It’s two-tone red
was originally an Arizona car
Interior is burgundy with Southwestern seat cover
bench seats
engine is .351 modified V8
Bed is black
all original chrome
I plan to put a white “Coke Stripe on it”(like the Torino from Starsky and Hutch had). I hope to have it back on the road in about 3 weeks.
This car is very special to me for so many reasons, mainly because it was such a personal gift from Jesus! I had wanted one since I was a little girl.
