Dearest Sister, I do totally understand your strife. Your husband is not the problem. Are you in danger? If not, the Lord will help you through whatever you have to go through. My husband and I married not too long ago, thinking that because we were both committed Christians that it would be WONDERFUL. It wasn’t. We had some terrible struggles and nearly gave up on ourselves and the promise the Lord had given us in the first 1 1/2 years. It takes more than reading “The Power of a Praying Wife” to make that change. Do you believe that your marriage was a committment before God? HE is the source – go back to Him for the answer. He will never leave you or forsake you – it’s in His Word. He gave you a life partner to be your husband, priest of the house. He can and will be that in God’s time. We don’t choose to be unequally yoked most of the time, but we cannot use that phrase in scripture as an excuse to leave where we are uncomfortable. You are a beautiful woman of God and your example is what you offer to your husband. Love him where he is now and my husband and I will pray morning and night for you for the next 10 days.
