I don’t know if you’re trying to suggest that there is a demonic presence in your life when you mention “manifesting”. If so, call your pastor and ask for help. Satan doesn’t need to control your life, you can have victory.
With regard to “words of correction that sound like foreign languages being screamed into your ears” You can have all the discussions with all the people you choose on this issue … and your arguments aren’t against flesh and blood, but with Christ himself. You need to examine his word, then you need to formulate your plan, and if you can look at your Saviour in his eyes after making your decision and expect to hear, “well done my good and faithful servant” than go ahead with your plan. He is the only one that matters.
I do, however, find it interesting that you entitled your post “I am looking for perspective” in light of your response to loving support. You have our prayers, and will continue to have our prayers. I only pray that you’re decision has not already been made.
