Banner Display: praize.com banners must be fully visible horizontally.
Banner Size: Must be 468 x 60 pixels. Any size different will distort your banner. This distortion may not be pleasing to you or your potential visitors. Be sure your banner is to industry standards on size for optimum viewing.
Banner Code: No altering of banner code, besides page number and or description is permitted. Cheating by any means, including redirects, (redirecting) is prohibited and will result in member deletion and banning. All banner codes are verified by humans - so be fair and don't do it.
praize.com's Link: The "praize.com" link text has to remain in position as supplied by the code. Removal or altering of the text is prohibited.
Bottom Banner Placement: You may place your praize.com banner at or near the bottom of a webpage but it shouldn't have an excessive amount of "white area" between it and the page content. If you have a copyright or a page counter at the bottom of the page it should be placed above that information.
Alteration Of Members Banner: praize.com reserves the right to alter or change any members banner that better suits the nature and network content of praize.com system. Alteration of members banner is not limited to size but also content and appearance. Once member uploads a banner to praize.com system that banner becomes the property of praize.com. Copyrighted material of any kind owned or not owned of participating members is prohibited from being uploaded to our server.
Guarantees, Warrantees, Removal and Email Notices: praize.com does not guarantee any traffic to any participating members site. Traffic can vary from network to network, provider to provider and lastly traffic also depends on interest in members site and cosmetic appearance of members banner. Because of the many varied scenarios of what can cause or not cause traffic to a members site - there is no warranty or guarantee of traffic on the praize.com's network. praize.com reserves the right to remove any member at anytime that is on our banner network without explanation from praize.com. If removal occurs - member is not owed monetarily on any balance of credits, if any credits exist. All members current or ex-members holds praize.com, it's officers, directors, employees, vendors and the like harmless against all action. From time to time praize.com will send out notification of specials and site updates to banner network members - in compliance with being a member of this FREE site you recognize and accept these emails.
