Epistles from the Hand of Jonathan

The Apostle Paul proclaimed in Collosians 3:17 that we do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus. That goes beyond just speaking his name--he desires for his nature to emanate from each of us. His nature comes with the name. Much of religion has departed from the Doctrine of Christ (also known as the Apostle's Doctrine) and has allowed the traditions and doctrines of man to distort the simple, but so important, act of baptism. We have been commanded to be baptized in the name of Jesus--to come into covenant with him, and we should not allow anything to hinder us from fulfilling this simple requirement that is expected of us.
