Thank you for creating this wonderful site for all the singles to meet!

"Thank you for creating this wonderful site for all the singles to meet! When I first saw Clarisse's profile on 20th April 2004, I was drawn to her beliefs and her convictions in Christ and was prompted by God to write to her. We exchanged messages for about 2 weeks and we met in person in Singapore on 10th May 2004 when I was there for a business meeting.
Since then, I could not stop thinking about Clarisse and had to commit my feelings to God. This was my first business trip to Singapore, in fact my first time out of my country, Australia. I was there for my business meeting for 5 days and Clarisse was very kind to show me around Singapore and I can say that she's a great tour guide!
After I went back to Sydney, we remained as friends and kept in touch via emails and phone calls. About 2 months later, when I was sure of my feelings for her and received confirmation from God, I asked her to be my girlfriend and she said Yes. That made me a happy man! We dated for about 6 months, then I prayed to God for more confirmations in regards to marrying Clarisse, and once I had the peace of God in me.
I started looking around for a custom made diamond ring for the special woman in my life and planned a special day to propose to her. When Clarisse was in Sydney for holiday from February to March 2005, I got down on one of my knees on 5th March 2005 to propose to her at Mrs Macquarie's Chair in Sydney after we got out of the limousine I had booked for a scenery viewing from my house to Sydney Opera House. I think Clarisse was very thrilled when I proposed to her and she accepted my proposal straightaway without any hesitation. After those nervous and happy moments, we went to celebrate our engagement at an Italian Restaurant at the Sydney Opera House.
On 16th March 2006, we had our church wedding service held in the Chinese Gardens of Friendship at Darling Harbour in Sydney. We even had our wedding pictures taken at Mrs. Macquarie's Chair, the place where I proposed to Clarisse!
We thank God that throughout this period of courtship and marriage, He is always with us to give us grace, favour, wisdom, guidance, confirmations and peace. We are now happily married and are looking forward to the promises God has in store for us. Jeremiah 29:11 is always my favourite verse in the Bible. Indeed, He has given us hope and a future.
We hope you can post this testimonial together with our wedding picture to share with others, thank you!"
Praize Singles worked for them, it can work for you too!
I was a huge skeptic about "going online".

"A friend finally persuaded me to give this a try in April 2004. After being here for 3 weeks, I had decided that while I had met a lot of nice people, online was not for me. On my last day, I got a message from one more guy and I replied out of politeness.
Little did I know, this was the man I would marry!
Tom had been on and off, looking for that just right girl. While I had never been online before, I had also been looking for a while for a man of the caliber of Tom. As it turned out, we were perfect for each other!
We got married on September 23, 2006 and we are so happy! We truly believe that God brought us together.
When people ask how we met, it makes me laugh to tell them that we met online, especially when I had been so reluctant to go online! I am so happy to have finally found Tom and to begin to build a life with this wonderful man.
Thank you for giving us the the opportunity to meet each other!"
Single? Meet your match today!
We just wanted to congratulate you on another job well done. You have just made two more people very, very happy; namely myself and this terrific fellow I'm now married to!

"After having connected on your site in the summer of 2004, Eric and I met later that year, began dating, and fell hopelessly in love; gradually realizing more and more that our meeting was God's design.
To make a long (but beautiful) story short, we were married in July of this year. Our small, romantic, meaningful wedding, surrounded by 60 of our immediately family and closest friends (and performed by my father, who is a pastor) was without question the happiest day of my life. The reception and honeymoon were wonderful too. I could not have asked for more!
At the risk of sounding gushy, I can certainly attest to the fact that God knows exactly what's hidden in the deepest part of our hearts, because He fulfilled all of my teensy-est, tiniest wishes that day, especially in this wonderful man He has given me to love and spend the rest of my life with.
This being the second time around for both my husband and me, I truly thank my loving Heavenly Father for this lesson in learning to trust Him more with my life, and for the opportunity to bring glory to Him in this way. He is the Healer, Restorer, my Glory and the Lifter of my head, and is able to do abundantly, immeasurably more than we ask or imagine. Our mariage is living proof of that. "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added unto you." Ain't that the truth.
Thanks again for your part in God's plan to bring us together. We shall be forever grateful."
"Ed and I met here in late September 2002. He was living in West Virginia and I was living in North Carolina at the time. We talked on the phone and Internet for weeks (using up all of our night and weekend minutes in the process!). Finally we met in person and the rest is a total blessing from God. We were married in January 2003 and are currently living in Evansville, Indiana. We have a beautiful daughter, Emma, and a little boy due in September 2005! We are so blessed and we both thank the Lord for you. I can't imagine my life without Ed. And, it is so amazing that I met my soul mate online. Thank you!"
"In September 2005, Mary (maidservantofchrist858) and I (pilgrim420) met here. I saw Mary's profile and was impressed by the beliefs, ideals, and values she expressed. Over the next few weeks we exchanged messages, then we corresponded by email and an instant messenger. When I realized our friendship was growing and deepening, I wanted to speak with her by telephone. Appreciative of the protectiveness of Mary's family, I suggested that her father interview my pastor. Her father did, and then interviewed me, after which I was permitted to talk to Mary.
After exhausting my cell-phone minutes in our first conversation (!!), I changed carriers so that we could talk to each other for hours each day, with me being in San Diego, California, and Mary in Langdon, North Dakota.
We met in person for the first time on 13 January 2006. I traveled to Langdon to stay with Mary's family for a week. We had a 7-hour conversation the second evening, and the following day I asked her father for permission to court her. The next two and a half months of courtship included meeting in San Diego and again in North Dakota, endless hours on the telephone, and the prayers of our families and friends. We grew to care deeply for each other, and to know that God had introduced us so that we could spend the rest of our lives together.
On my second trip to stay with her family, I told Mary for the first time that I loved her, and asked her to be my wife.
We were married on 8 July in Long Creek, Oregon, the town where Mary had grown up. Our families and close friends were there to celebrate with us.
After a honeymoon in the Canadian Rocky Mountains (near where I grew up) and a week in San Diego, we drove across the country to Georgia, where God had provided me with a new job. We have made a home here together.
As we look back over the last year, we are amazed at God's sovereign guidance in our lives. I am grateful each day for His gift of a love sweeter than I could have imagined.
Please discontinue my membership and delete my profile. Thank you for playing such an essential role in bringing me and my new bride together. You may print this message or any portion thereof. Mary and I would be delighted to be on the Testimonials page. In Christ, "
"We started out as friends. I had three little boys, and I never dreamed that God would provide in the way He did, not only by blessing me with a husband but a father for my beautiful children.
My first husband left when I was pregnant with twin boys, I was left alone and heartbroken. I always thought we were 'cake' mix, that any decent man would want a family from scratch.
I was wrong, God lead me to a man who had never been married or had children. It just goes to show God can do more than we could possibly dream or imagine.
We were blessed with twin girls, in January 2004, and Jim adopted all three boys this past February.
Our family is complete. God heals the broken and restores lives for His glory!
Sincerely"
"Well what can I say! After stumbling across your website by accident and chatting to a few guys along the way, I was about to say goodbye for good when I met Greg on New Years Day 2004. We instantly seemed to connect and after 2 weeks of constant talking on the phone we decided to meet up in London. The rest as they say is history.
I moved to London from Derby, England in the April to be near Greg and by Christmas we were engaged. We got married February 18th, 2006.
May I say a big Thank You to the service you provide. I know that God has His hand on this ministry and Thank Him for bringing not only us two together when our paths may not have usually crossed, but many other success stories.
To anyone out there who is a skeptic or embarrassed about Internet dating, don't be! I was completely embarrassed but if I hadn't taken the plunge I might not be married to the most wonderful man God had in store for me.
God likes us to push the doors, so keep pushing! "
"He read my profile the end of last summer (2005), then sent me a message with a comment on a book I mentioned reading. My message response was simply: "Why do you say that?" BUT
That was the begining of "us"! We started emailing a lot, then calling a lot.
We met over Christmas (we lived over a thousand miles apart) and I got to meet his family. We both acknowledged that we were in love.
The following Febuary we went to where my parents and family live in order for him to meet them. We got engaged!
We see God's fingerprints all over everything, how this couldn't be anything but Him.
We are getting married in a week and a half.
God brought us, two completely different people from very different parts of the country, to spend the rest of our lives serving Him together.
And we wanted to share that with you."
"Robbin I met here in May 2004.
On April 23, 2005 we were married at Immanuel Baptist Church on Galveston Island where we settled and attended.
Robbin is a Registered Nurse and I am a Semi-Retired Flight Medic.
God has sustained us through many trials and will continue to do so.
In July 2005 I lost my Dad. He battled lung cancer for a short period, then he made his amends with God and said his goodbyes.
In September 2005 Hurricane Rita came to town and tried to topple our lives. Our home was severely damaged and FEMA declared it uninhabitable. We moved to North Padre Island where Robbin took a position at the local hospital, and I started working for a local ambulance service.
God has brought us through many things but one thing we are most blessed with is the fact that we have each other. It is a true blessing that we met and got married. It is wonderful to have such a beautiful partner, caring sturdy and faithful through all the things we have been through in our short time being married.
I look back and see how blessed I am. We often pray for the folks at Praize Singles and all who had a hand in us meeting.
May God Bless Each and Everyone."
"My precious husband and I were married on May 18th of this year. God used this site to bring us together last fall. In February 2005 when we celebrated Valentine's Day a few days late, my best friend asked me to be his wife at the place he took me on our first date. We were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by our closest friends and family, with tears streaming down our faces we entered into an unbreakable COVENANT with God and with each other. We have now gone from being 2 single parents with 2 children, to being a married couple with 4 beautiful children. The Lord took our fractured families and made a new whole family. This is something that only God could have done! I am in awe of what it means to be married to such a good man, and that the Lord has finally blessed me with the large family I've dreamed of since I was a very little girl. I have never been given a more precious gift in all my life!"
"What do you do when you think you've tried everything and are still single? You try the Internet. I was one of those skeptical profiles but, I thought, what did I have to lose.
After almost giving up, I got a message from a guy that looked promising - tall, dark and handsome.
The short answer questions are a great way to see who your potential mate really is, and his answers showed that he was from the same church background as me, and he had immigrated from the same country as my parents. What more could I ask for!
3 months later we met. 6 months later we were engaged, and 6 months after that we were married.
We thank you for the service and we thank God for using this means to bring us together.
Sincerely, "
"We are pleased to say that after many conversations, loooooong phone calls, crossing two oceans, much praying and a whirlwind romance, we would like to share our story and post a picture of our wedding day that means so much to us. As to how it all came about, it began on this website.
It truly seems like eons ago since the two of us met here, and we both cannot seem to see any other possible way that we could have met! I stumbled across this site by receiving an email invitation. I registered and had my relationship setting set as "Just Curious". My husband was seeking a life long partner and he came across here by browsing the Internet.
I met a few interesting people, but made no connections that really hit home. My situation was that I was not only curious to meet someone that was right for me, but someone who was right for my daughter Dana, who had just turned two at the time.
Needless to say, when God's time was right, which it was, He led me to meet a man and that was the end of my waiting, wondering, hoping and praying. I was online one day and decided to browse through profiles of members that had their online status on and to whom I could send a Quick Message. I came across a profile of someone that I thought to be interesting and sent a message saying, "hello!" His name was Nathan and it turned out that he lived in Canada, but through further conversation I found out that his family originated in my native land, South Africa, and most of them still live there. This was astonishing to both of us seeing that neither of us knew each other??s background. Nevertheless, the fate, revelation and wonderful conversations continued.
It also turned out that a very good friend of my husband had told him just before meeting me, that the Lord would send him a wife from his parents' native land, South Africa!
Our friendship steadily grew and blossomed into a well grounded love, with everything a true relationship ought to have such as respect, trust, companionship and much enjoyment of each other's correspondence; more clarity of God??s blessing of our wanting to be together shone through. As well, about a month after talking over the phone, we discovered that my mother knew his uncle very well before he had immigrated to Canada over 20 years ago! In addition, before ever meeting, my husband was already in the process of organizing a trip to South Africa to visit his family! Needless to say, it then became a visit where he would meet my daughter and me as well!
The trip was short, but wonderful, and we became engaged, with the blessing of both our families, and the trip confirmed all that we had hoped, that we loved each other. Not only that, but my daughter was even more crazy about Nathan and loved him even more having spent hours with him playing tag on the beach! With that said, our wedding date was set for January 06, 2006 at the height of our summer and holiday season in South Africa. However, the fate did not stop there: after booking the hall, organizing the wedding cake and selecting the church, we later found out the church that we chose to get married in, in Cape Town, was the church that my husband's father's family had attended while residing in South Africa.
Furthermore, it was the same church where my husband's father chose to make his public confession to serve and follow Jesus Christ, and the church that a relative of mine was pastor of!
Needless to say, everything was perfect and we were married in beautiful, sunny South Africa with all of our combined families in attendance.
We would like to once again, give thanks unto the Lord for His answering prayer and giving us this great opportunity to be so blessed by each other. We are also grateful to ChristianCafe.com for the great system and network that you have set up to help seeking people continue to find that right and special Someone.
Thank you, God bless you all. "
"Jason and I met here in October 2002 just after we had both joined. I must admit, I didn't really believe I was going to meet a long term guy on an Internet Singles site. To my great surprise, I was WRONG! We became engaged in 2003 and married the following summer 2004. We bought our first house July 2004 and our so very happy together. He is my best friend and partner and I know I can depend on him for anything. This was a dream come true. I can't imagine what I would have done without this site! You're a blessing to so many people. Thank you!"
"It was January 30, 2005. He (Michael) sent me a message and the very next day we both took a large leap of faith. Instead of going back and forth on email decided we would meet in a public place. Within 3 hours of that first meeting Michael knew he would spend the rest of his life with me, and before the night had ended asked me to be his girlfriend.
Now, you think that is fast? Within two months he asked for my parents' blessing for my hand in marriage! Two months later they gave it and two months later we were engaged! (No we didn't get married two months after that!) We got married March 25, 2006 and headed to Greece, Turkey & Germany for our wonderful honeymoon!
For some people it takes a sufficient amount of time to really get to know each other, discover what you have in common and take it from there. For us, we knew instantly, and our journey together over the past year and a half has been so amazing. We have drawn closer to each other as each day passes and daily learn more things we have in common!
Praize Singles was a unique and successful way that allowed two hearts to become one!
Thank you, "
Chris and John Getting Married June 2006
"Engaged! Although I had joined a couple of other Internet Dating programs, it was through Praize Singles that I found my life's partner. Thank you! The program was sent to me unsolicited but I did take a look at it, decided I liked what I saw and joined up.
The funny thing was that the first lady I wrote to has now become my fiancee and we are getting married in June this year.
I believe that this is the best program for Christians. You encourage people to explain their thoughts, beliefs and ideas better than other programs I have seen or used.
Now of course I do not need your program any further but I have and will recommend it to other friends. Sincerely,"
Larry and Laurie Married February 2006
"My husband & I met on your site in July 2004 and were just recently married on February 18th, 2006. We lived about 2 hours apart & really wouldn't have run into each other in natural ways, but we were both sure that God had someone out there for us, and were open to using whatever God offered for us to meet the ONE He had for us, including the Internet. People react in various ways when we say we met online, but no matter what, we know God brought us together & that is what counts! We were both on other Christian dating websites before this one and we both met a handful of people through our experiences, but we agree that this one is the best because individuals have the most control of what they want or need and who they want to meet. We also know that God has blessed us as we followed His will in our "courtship". Both of us come from loving Christian families who have been so supportive. On our wedding day we got to witness that support & love as so many of our friends and our family came out to celebrate with us. We had all our "old enough to walk" nieces and nephews in the wedding. It was precious! We both love being Aunt & Uncle to these little people and rejoice that we are now Aunt & Uncle to twice as many as we were before! Praise God for His amazing plan for each person's life. We may not have a clue what He is up to, but when we trust & obey He will amaze with his plans! Larry & I often comment on how we wouldn't have thought that we'd end up with each other, but God knew what we needed and He provided far better than either one of us could have imagined! Thank you for facilitating our meeting & falling in love!"
Jonathon and Joy Getting Married April 2006
"We are getting married on April 1st, 2006, it's no joke! Once I was online I just decided to make friends and learn more about myself. There were many Godly men on the site, but none of them was the one for me. Then on October, 1st, 2005 I came across Jonathon's profile. The main thing that caught my eye was that he lived in Beaverton and I was moving to Beaverton in 2 weeks and thought to myself, well at least I can find a friend in my area. Jonathon didn't have a picture on his profile, so I had no idea what he looked like, but his profile really caught my eye. He had traveled almost more than I had, he had been on mission trips and he was interested in writing children's books, just as I had put in my profile. In my profile I wrote that my Grandfather said I was an unclaimed treasure and that I was waiting for the man of God to find his treasure in me. In Jonathon's first message he told me in response to that comment of mine, that he liked pirate movies, aarrgh! I thought that was so cute and loved his sense of humor immediately. We emailed for a few days and finally he called me on Wednesday, Oct. 5th, and we talked for 5 and a half hours. After I got off the phone I got 2 hours sleep before going to work for the day and I felt like I had slept a hundred years, I was so refreshed. I knew in my heart that morning that I had met my future husband. Later that day we decided to meet for dinner and in person for the first time near my work. I ordered hot tea, Jonathon drank iced tea and we shared tator tots, but we didn't really eat, and 5 hours later we decided to call it a night. On my way home that night I called my Dad and told him that I met my husband and he said, "Well you would know, you are 31." Jonathon and I have been dating ever since. We experienced Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and meeting each other's family together in a very short time. He is an amazing man and I thank God every day for finally bringing him to me. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him doing whatever God calls us to do. P.S. Honeymoon: We are not telling! We don't want anyone to know where we are. :)"
Praize Singles works! Kayla and Stephen Married March 2005
"We talked for a few months, but because I was 25 and she was 18 we never really pursued anything other than friendship (I even wrote the Christmas Card that she sent to another guy she wanted to date). After about 6 months we finally decided to meet at a mall near were she lived, which was 3 hours from where I lived. I started out on the trek really early just to make sure I made it in time. Well a hour into the trip my car broke down on the Interstate. Unfortunately, I did not have her phone number because she didn't want to give it to someone she had never met. To make a long story short, I ended up spending $500 on a rental car and a tow truck to tow me into Atlanta. I was an hour late to meet her and we were only able to spend 20 minutes together before she had to go to work. After 5 hours of misery I had the best 20 minutes of my life. That day changed both our lives and we celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary on March 5th 2006. We thank God everyday for your website. I hope everyone else finds the happiness we did.
Thanks for everything."
Bill and Elina ---> Engaged
"This is a very big Thank You and an answer to both of our prayers. My whole adult life, I've had a vision of the perfect woman for me and have prayed that someday God would bring her into my life. Like most folks I was looking for someone with the same beliefs and values. Elina read my profile and decided to write a quick note introducing herself to me to see if I was interested in corresponding. I almost died - the Lord had finally answered my prayers. Not only was she the most beautiful woman I had ever met, but she had the heart of an Angel. We have been inseparable since and are planning a Beach Wedding for this summer."
Paul and Rachael Married April 2005
"We got married!
I started talking to a wonderful woman on your site in December 2003. Our online relationship blossomed and we met for the first time in person in March 2004. We got on so well together and knew we were meant for each other. We got married on April 2nd, 2005 and are so happy.
We wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for allowing us to meet on your great site. God bless you all.
We would encourage all people using the site to stick with it and be open to new possibilities. There is a soul mate for you out there and the Lord will lead you to him/her. This site is a fantastic way of meeting not only new friends but potentially your new partner too."
Dora and Alan Married April 2005
"I have met the man of my dreams on this website. He is a man after God's own heart which is exactly what I have been praying for. I have been divorced for 10 years and now I know why. God has been preparing me for him.
We are now engaged to be married on July 4, 2005. Yes, God is definitely faithful!
Thanks!"
Kay-kay462 {Texas} & Wes
"Just a note letting you know that Wes and I will be married on April 8, 2005. We met here 2 years ago and have been in a very fruitful and meaningful relationship ever since. God has been awesome in His work in our lives and as we embark on this new horizon entering into a lifelong covenant, and we both thank you tremendously. God met us where we were at.
Keep up the fantastic job and keep spreading the word that if we "Seek first the kingdom of God and HIS righteousness all other things will be added" including a loving, caring and Godly spouse!
Always Giving our best Expecting HIS."

Odette-Lalafun736 {British Columbia} & Shawn-shawn430 {Texas}
"I connected with my husband at the end of August 2004. This was the 3rd attempt to meet the man of my dreams, and I had previously tried other dating sites to no avail. Then my sweetie found me here. I really believe that God is using this Christian vehicle to bring men and women together. I met my partner in person 4 months after he sent the first message to me. And on March 7, 2005, we were married.
I don't have a wedding picture as I haven't had them developed yet. But I'm sending a picture of the day we got engaged, which was only 4 days earlier. When you know it's right, why bother waiting eh. We had a civil marriage with a JP, Mar. 7th, with just my best friend attending.
We are planning on having a religious wedding ceremony August 27, 2005.
My advice to those of you still looking, don't give up, it will happen, and don't settle. Let God bring you together. You'll know he or she is the 'One', when you meet, and make sure you've asked all the big questions, even if it feels awkward to do so.
Thanks to those who ensure a fun, safe venue for people to meet."
Barbara and John
"We are in Love. I wanted to write to you and thank you for allowing God to use you to bring me the one my soul loves, as it says in Song of Solomon. I had been on the Cafe for over a year and dated a few men, but nothing ever came of it. I had my heart broken a few times, but kept trying. I became discouraged this past October and decided to end my membership. Then on a free five days after my member ship expired, I just did a search and it is there I saw John. I wrote him a quick letter just to say hello, thinking nothing. He wrote back and sounded very sweet. My free days ended and we continued to write off the Cafe.
We realized that we had a lot in common, but John was at a time in his life of willing to move at the drop of a hat for a job. He had been applying to places all over the USA. I then wrote him and said: "Well I guess we are meant to be friends because I am settled here on Long Island with a wonderful job, family, and church life so if you want to pursue me then you will have to move here eventually."
John then planned to come visit me and said he was willing to pursue me first before he considered any job. The rest is history, because three weeks after our first date, he moved here. He found an apartment 3 minutes from mine! On February 12th John proposed to me in the most romantic way I can imagine. He snuck into my apartment and decorated it with roses and a treasure hunt for the ring. As I went throughout my apartment. he played our love song "When God Made You" and I was in tears.
God has made all my dreams come true in a matter of a few months and John is everything I need. So many times we look for what "we want", but God knows what we need.
Thank you again for being the vessel that brought me my love. We are to be married on October 1, 2005. God Bless!
"
Pam & Steve
"We met in September 2004. In October we started talking on the phone. Thanksgiving weekend we met face-to-face for the first time. On New Year's Eve we were married!
Only the grace of God could make this happen. We can't thank you enough for allowing God to work through you in bringing us together. We've each met the love of our lives and we couldn't be happier.
God bless you and God bless all those who use it to let God bring you together.
"
"Mark and I" are engaged to be married and met through ChristianCafe. We met in November of 2001 and just became engaged December 22, 2002. It is a miracle I even found my way to this website, let alone meet my future husband on it."

I just wanted to tell that I am so blessed by coming here to Christiancafe.com. I came here to look for my man but I came to know that this is a great place where I can meet Christian friends and minister to them. I have gotten so many friends that I was never able to due to my busy schedule but now I get to pray with my friend everyday in the prayer room. There's many more good stuff here but that's all I will say for right now. God bless this Cafe.
Rachel February 2003
I'm in awe of God and His knowing exactly what we need. I was completely skeptical about meeting my future spouse via this site. In fact, I had tried this site in the past and had been discouraged by emails from men who were less than sincere... However, I did give the site another try and God has truly blessed me with the man of my dreams. We are both certain that our future is together and that eventually we will become man and wife. Thanks to Christian cafe for providing us this site to connect with one another... and more importantly, thanks to God for giving me my hearts desire. Honestly, I thought I would only find friendship here... but instead I found the man I will share my life with. He is so awesome and I am so blessed... I say to any that are discouraged or doubtful.... give your desires to God and let him do the work. He may not do it immediately, but when He does it will be awesome! He knows what we all need and His timing is absolutely perfect. Thanks so much,

I have had a membership on Christian Cafe on and off since 2001. I am one of the great cynics of your website, because I had convinced myself that it was just another site, with just a different name, that would produce the same results -"NADA". A few weeks ago, I got a quick message from someone. We started chatting, which progressed to talking on the phone. We started talking about three weeks ago, met one week after we started talking in person. We have discussed our feelings for one another, and we both agree that there is a powerful force behind our meeting - and He had the help of Christian Cafe. I would like to thank you with all my heart for proving this cynical jaded Christian woman wrong and providing a way for me and my soulmate, Leander, to meet. I would also like to encourage other Christians out there to not be discouraged and to have faith that God will provide for their happiness. I hope that you keep your site going for a long, long time.

My husband and I met through this wonderful tool. We were married December 30, 2002. How can we thank you enough for your service? We will pray for you, and for Christian Cafe, and others who meet through this channel.

I am engaged to a wonderful lady whom I met. Our wedding is next month, and I am most grateful that a friend gave me your website. The woman I am marrying is a wonderful person and I thank God for using your site to lead me to her. Thanks for your help.

I want to thank the Lord for leading me to your site way back in October of 2001. In December of 2001 I started to correspond with Lana who was also a member at that time. We slowly built a friendship over the next seven months. Then last summer we started dating. I knew from the outset that Lana was the one God had for me, and boy was it hard waiting for Him to tell her. Through God's grace, we got engaged on January 11, 2003. We are getting married on August 23rd, 2003! For all those looking for a relationship heading towards marriage, my advice is to wait upon the Lord and let Him direct your steps. Never get ahead of Him or make a rash decision based on loneliness or your age. God is able. Psalm 37 gives us the divine principles in waiting. Remember God only has His best in store for you. His best is worth waiting for, no matter where you are in life. God bless you,

I was thinking that spending my life alone might not be so bad, considering the women I had been dating. I might actually have been better off. Impossible relationships, God's special gift to me, was impossible relationships. And so while I was on here, I sent a little quick note to a woman with the brightest, most incredible eyes I have ever seen. That was the beginning, since then, we have become inseparable, the word soulmates comes up quite often. And so on New Year's Eve, 2002, at a party on top of a hotel overlooking Union Plaza in downtown San Francisco, I asked her the question I had nearly lost hope I would ever ask again. Needless to say, this year promises to be a year I will never forget, as I am going to marry the woman I have always dreamed of finding on May 17th of this year. With you, without your site, there would have been nothing on New Year's Eve, just another night out with friends. Thank you all for your site, for your hard work, and for your trust and stoic belief that God does work in all ways possible, all for his greater good. Christine and I will be residing at our beautiful home in Riverside California, where we hope to enjoy time as a married couple for a while before starting our family. My best wishes and blessing to those of you who are reading this, I am proof that it does happen, it just takes time and faith that God DOES have a plan for you. God bless you all.

I came across a wonderful man in October. I emailed him and it took him forever but he emailed me finally. I live in the East Coast and he lives on the West Coast. I just knew this was going to be a problem. But he still was interested. Well, we conversed for about 2-3 months and he came to see me for my birthday which is in Jan. I was so nervous as me, my son and my father met him at the airport. Well, to make a long story short, he met my whole family with great approval and plus as a surprise for my birthday he preached at my father's church. What a wonderful gift. I plan to be with this man forever. We are already talking commitment. Thank you Christian Cafe for your wonderful site. I never gave up.
April February 2003
In April last year I 'stumbled' across Christian Cafe. I was searching for Christian poetry sites and when Christian Cafe came up I thought it was a site for 'posting' poetry, so I visited it. I was very disconcerted to discover that it was a 'dating' site. Curiosity took over though and I had a look around. Curious to see the kind of 'weirdos' that used the site (and to confirm what I thought I knew, that only perverts etc used sites like that) I posted my profile and did a very thorough search and one name was given to me. I emailed this man through the site and we began corresponding with each other. We were both very wary as we had been through particularly harrowing and painful divorces very recently (then). Peter lives in Australia and I live in New Zealand. Peter and I came to believe that God was calling us to be together in marriage and we were beginning to love each other deeply despite never having met in person. On the 8th of January Peter and his 9 year old daughter came to New Zealand to visit (I have 2 boys - 12 & 13). We just knew that God was telling us that we are 'right' for each other, and on the 14th of January we were engaged. We will be married in New Zealand on the 4th of July and will return to Australia to live at the end of the year. Thanks so much for providing the 'vehicle' which God used to introduce us to each other. God bless you heaps.

I am so pleased to ask that you discontinue my membership. I owe you more than a man can repay, and yet, I believe in you and what you're doing. I am no one special, but you made me special to someone who is probably God's gift to me and my life. From someone who did not understand why I joined to someone who knows none of us are in charge, only Him. Please continue your work, but please remove me from the program because He heard me when I asked, He answered with more than I could have ever expected. Kindest regards,

I wanted to take a moment and compliment you on the Christian Cafe. I have certainly enjoyed the few days I had. It is a wonderful ministry and a very easy site to maneuver around.

I just would like to thank you for being God's instrument in meeting Steven. . I feel so blessed! He came here (the Philippines) all the way from West Virginia. We're both in love with each other, and we place everything in God's hands. God bless our love! We're engaged! :)

The best thing that has ever happened to me in the 41 years 2 weeks 10-1/2 hour before I found the one true "soul-mate" of my life, happened to me or "us" on this site! I (we) truly believe this site is anointed by the Holy Spirit to bring people together. She spent about a year and was about to give up looking and expecting "a man like me existed." I spent about three weeks here and "suddenly" (Acts 16:25-26) there was the answer to my Proverbs 31:10-31 "A capable, intelligent, and virtuous woman - who is he who can find her? She is far more precious than jewels and her value is far above rubies or pearls." We both "know" in our "knowers" that this all is of God. We will "meet" in the "flesh" for Valentine's weekend because we have exhausted all other e-mail, snail-mail and esp. telephone (9 hrs per day) resources at our disposal. Gotta go soon - time to call her again. Bless you all at ChristianCafe. We have not required your services for the last month or so because it does work - sooner for some than others. :-))) he-he-he!!! lol. P.S. We will soon be married.
