Sorry, we have no milk for you, just meat for Christians with sharp teeth!
...............................*TTS* Triumphant Truth School
....Vision Statement....
To herald, to trumpet the truth of God’s Word! To communicate revelation knowledge to God’s people so they can become the overcomers, the more than conquerors that God wants them to be in Christ.
“Herald”; one whom proclaims or announces; a bearer of messages. “Trumpet”; a musical instrument with a penetrating, powerful tone having a cup-shaped mouthpiece at one end.
“Revelation knowledge”; is Holy Spirit given understanding of God’s Word. Powerful truths of God’s Word explained in a practical way that will benefit the hearer. Words of Truth that renews the mind and transforms man! Truth explained that inspires the believer to believe “That all things are possible to him that believes!”
To feed God’s children the meat of the Word so they can grow up into the maturity of the sons of God, just like the pattern Son Jesus Christ and do the works of God that He said we could do.
Goals....
To establish a meeting place where serious believers can congregate and learn about the Kingdom of God. In this atmosphere of Faith the sick will be healed!
To write articles and publish books that will inflame the desire of the Saint to press further into God and to be a dynamic witness of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
To use all forms of media to publish and proclaim that God’s way is better than the World’s way and that Jesus Christ is the Way!
Strategy....
To have fellowship with like minded brothers and sisters who want to give God their best effort to live by Faith while they are here upon the Earth.
We are not a church, but work with the churches as a teaching, preaching and healing extenuation of ministry. Serving as an example.
If you would like to be involved with *TTS* or want to come to our meetings, contact Dennis Ogilvie D.Ogilvie@primus.ca
I am available to come to your church or group to teach you the Truths that the Holy Spirit has taught me by revelation and experience. God bless, Dennis Ogilvie....
We are presently meeting at Abundant Life Church, Etobicoke, Ontario 416-249-7891 Friday nights 7:30 with prayer time after teaching. Signs and Wonders follow teaching of the Word!
Jesus loves you! Jesus the Healer ............. First 3 pages of Healing School Book!
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever! I thank God that it is his Will that you be healed yesterday, today and forever.
The prophet Isaiah (53) saw into the future and foretold that God was going to send His righteous servant to bear our grief’s (sicknesses) and carry away our sorrows (pains).
He would bear the penalty of our sins. He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities, He took upon His own body, soul and spirit the Judgement of God.
(2nd. Corinthians 5:21) “For he made him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”
We are made a new creation in Christ Jesus, having our sins forgiven and forgotten by a righteous Holy God who has become our loving heavenly Father, through our acceptance of His Son Jesus Christ as Lord and savior.
“The chastisement for our peace was upon Him;” Now we can put on the helmet of salvation, our minds are being renewed. Our newly recreated spirits are starting to take control over our carnal minds. We are being transformed by the renewing of our minds. Instead of having our minds filled with fear, worry, anxiety and hopelessness, we now have faith, hope and love and are fixing our minds on these.
We are learning to trust in God and are minds are resting in the peace of God.
“And by His stripes we are healed!” How marvelous the love of God, that He would come
incarnate in Christ (the God-Man) and allow his creation to tie him to a post and rip the flesh off His back with a cat of nine tails. This was a whip with three leather cords with three pieces of metal attached to each cord. Thirty-nine times this whip cracked across His back with the bits of metal ripping out His flesh.
How awful you say! What did this man do to deserve this punishment? He took your place!
The love in His heart for you compelled Him to go to the whipping post for you, so you could be healed by His stripes!
(Matthew 8:17) “That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying; He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.”
(1st. Peter 2:24) “Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we having died to sins, might live for righteousness – by whose stripes you were healed.”
Jesus Christ is our sin bearer, the sacrificial Lamb of God, that takes away the sin of the world. (John 1:29) “Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.
God’s justice required a second sinless Adam to regain what the first Adam lost through disobedience. (1st. Corinthians 15:45-49).
Where can God find such a man? A sinless man born under the law who can redeem us from the curse of the law? (Galatians 3:13) There is none on the earth, for all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. (Romans 3:23).
God must send His Son, born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14 & 9:6) (Matthew 1:23) (Luke 1:35) (2nd. Corinthians 5:19). Oh, what marvelous love, that God would so love the world that He would send His only begotten Son, that those who would believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Will you believe in him? Do it now! Say with your mouth; Jesus, I believe you’re the Son of God. I believe you died on a cross for me. I believe God has raised you from the dead. Forgive me of my sins.
I now forgive those who have hurt me. Cleanse me now with your blood. I make you my Lord and Savior. You died for me and now I will live for you.
Come into my heart now. I love you and will always treasure your abiding presence. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to the Father.
Thank you so much that I am now a new creation and all the old things have passed away. I’m born again! Now go and tell the world what Jesus has done for you. (Romans 10:9-13).
Now the same faith that you have used to gain you a salvation that was paid for some 2,000 years ago, is the same faith that you use to gain your healing which was also paid for 2,000 years ago.
We do not have to see Jesus with our natural eyes, nor do we have to feel His touch upon our bodies, nor do we have to hear Him speak in an audible voice; all we have to do is believe that the work has already been done. Activate your faith by believing and confessing that the Word of God is true and that you have been healed by the stripes on His back. (1st. Peter 2:24).
Why should you bear that which Jesus already bore? (Matthew 8:17) “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.” With the confidence of God’s Word in your heart, tell the devil you don’t bear what Jesus bore! Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Quote him some scriptures it gives him a migraine headache. Tell the sickness or disease to leave your body now! In Jesus’ name!
Believe like the Centurion (Matthew 8:8) “But only speak a word and my servant will be healed.” Believe the Word that God has already spoken. (The Bible) declare it! Confess it! Speak it forth! Proclaim it! Say what the bible says about you! The Word doesn’t become a sharp, two-edged sword until you get it in your mouth.
Do you not know that Jesus is the high priest of your confession? (Hebrews 3:1).
Give Him something to officiate over, confess and profess the Word of God. Speak your faith and not your doubts. See my book the renewed mind.
You have world, sickness and disease overcoming Faith residing on the inside of you. (1st. John 5:4) “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has (past tense) overcome the world – even our Faith.”
Enter into your inheritance, your new Covenant blessings in Christ Jesus. Mix faith with the Word of God. (Hebrew 4:2).
Faith obtains the promises through confession and corresponding actions. All of God’s covenant promises are yours in Christ Jesus. Believe the Gospel it is the Power of God unto salvation for every one who believes. All things are possible to them that believe!
(Matthew 8:8) A centurion believes in the authority that God gave Jesus. He believes if Jesus speaks the Word, God will honor it and his servant will be healed. Think of it? Here is a Roman Centurion (non-covenanted man) showing Jesus more faith than He has found in Israel (God’s covenanted people). God is not a respecter of persons, but He sure is a respecter of Faith!
Show Him some Faith and He will show you what He can do!
Are you going to let this centurion tease you when you meet him in Heaven? Believe (Matthew 28:18), that Jesus Christ has given you authority to speak the Word of God in His name and have the same results. If you want to do the works of God you must believe! (John 6:28-29).
Jesus said; (John 14:12-14) “Most assuredly I say to you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also: and greater works than these he will do because I go to my Father, (13) “And whatever you ask in my name that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” (14) “If you ask anything in my name, I will do it!
Well there it is, written in red and sealed in new covenant blood!
Will you take the power and authority that is in the name of Jesus Christ and get healing for yourself and your family and go and give it away to others?
Peter and John did not own a New Testament bible, but they knew about the authority that the name of Jesus Christ had over sickness and disease and crippled legs. They had no silver or gold, but they had an understanding that just as the Father sent Jesus into the world, that Jesus now sends believers into the world to lay their hands upon the sick and watch them recover.
(Mark 16:15-20) “And He said to them.” “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature, (16) “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; But he who does not believe will be condemned.”
(17) “And these signs will follow those who believe, in my name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues.” (18) “They will take up serpents and if they drink anything deadly it will by no means hurt them.” “They will lay hands of the sick and they will recover!
Complete Healing School Book (special offer) $5.00 E-mail d.ogilvie@primus.ca Jesus loves you! HOPE & FAITH ............first 3 pages of book......
Dear reader, I am writing this book on Hope first, as it is a missing link in the chain of bible knowledge.
There are many books available on the subject of faith, but few on the subject of Hope. Faith is the assurance of things hoped for. We need hope first. We do not wish and hope like people who have no covenant with God.
We hope in a real God who has made a real covenant with us through His Son Jesus Christ. When the believer hopes, he or she doesn’t just take a leap into the darkness, hoping something solid will be there. That would be a blind leap of faith and that would be a mistake because faith is not blind!
God never asks us to step out on nothing. He gives us His Word to Hope in and to walk on, by Faith. For example; when Peter walked on the water, he first has a rhema Word from Jesus “Come”.
Bible faith comes from bible Hope; No Hope, No Faith!
(Hebrews 11:1) “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Faith sees the picture of Hope on the inside (spirit realm) and when Hope is clear and constant, faith sees it with spiritual eyes and considers it done. It calls things that be nought (in the physical) as though they were, until the physical manifestation comes. The Holy Spirit paints the picture of Hope through our imagination. Let God use your imagination, otherwise the devil will! Some body is using your imagination all the time. You, God or the devil. You are the one who must choose how much time each one gets. I say give no place to the devil.
Satan will use the cares of this world, lusts of the flesh, to distract you from God and His Kingdom. (Mark 4: 19) “And the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.”
You can Hope in your imagination for more sin, which will bring you more death, or you can Hope in your imagination for more righteousness, which will bring you Life and peace.
The Holy Spirit is always working with us to fill our minds with His agenda.
(1) The Word of God is the paint.
(2) The Holy Spirit is the painter.
(3) Our mind is the canvas.
(4) Our heart sees the completed picture of Hope and produces a power called Faith.
(5) Faith starts to control our speech and actions in the form of works.
(6) We now have Faith and works manifesting the picture of Hope we see on the inside.
(7) This is the number of completion and we have that which we have Hoped for.
This Hope picture, this projection of God’s Word becomes clearer and clearer as we come closer to the light of God’s Word by meditating the promises of God. We imagine ourselves in possession of God’s promises, through the use of our God given imaginations.
God is the most High God (El Elyon), the possessor of Heaven and Earth. He has given these possessions to Jesus and we are Joint Heir’s with Him. Could I say this, hang around the joint with Jesus and know what your possessions are.
Are we not one spirit joined with Him? We cannot possess God’s promises unless we know what those possessions are. Who are you “In Him”? Read the Word and use your imagination!
Perhaps we are not worms, dirt bags after all! That’s what I heard when I first went to Church. That’s not humility, that is ignorance to the point of stupidity. In Christ we are Heirs of Abraham’s blessing. (Galatians 3: 1-29)
When I say that we should use our imaginations, I am not suggesting that we use some kind of psychic power outside of God. We are talking about living attributes, characteristics and life forces of God.
(1st. Corinthians 13:13) “And now abide (live) faith, hope and love.”
(Romans 15:13) “Now may the God of Hope, fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in Hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
You must learn to develop and maintain your Hope in God, otherwise you will lose all joy and peace in believing. When you lose your joy and peace, it’s just a short step down to hopelessness. I hope you are seeing how important it is to Hope in God. In order to receive the blessings of Abraham we must learn to Hope against hope like he did.
When all natural hope is gone we must use supernatural Hope!
(Romans 4:18) “Who contrary to hope, in Hope believed, so that he became the Father of many nations.”
When our five senses tell us that all hope is gone and the situation is hopeless, then our sixth sense starts to remind us that God gives life to the dead and breathes life into dead situations and makes them come alive for His Glory and purposes.
(Romans 4:17).
Yes, Abraham did not consider so he did not stagger! (19) “And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body already dead (since he was about 100 years old) and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.” (20) “He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief but was strengthened in faith, giving Glory to God.” (21) “And being fully convinced that what He had promised, He was also able to perform.”
We must learn not to consider what the devil shows us through doubt and unbelief and the lapse of time. Not considering can be done by only considering God’s faithfulness to His covenant promises. God gives us His precious promises in His Word so that our Hope can be sure and steadfast and be an anchor for our soul. We need a good anchor, especially in the storms of life that come to us all. God is able and desires to perform (bring to fruition) any promise recorded in the Bible. What promises are you believing God for? If God gives you the seed of His promise then He wants you to have the harvest of it.
I want you to get a good picture of this. The Bible is like a package of seeds. Jesus said in (Mark 4:13) “The sower sows the Word (the seed).” God wants you to take His Word, plant it into the good soil (your heart), and water it with praise and thanksgiving. Give it light by your positive confession. The seed will grow and produce supernatural harvests for you.
Good seed, in good soil, given water and sun light must grow! Nothing can stop it, only you! See my book “The renewed Mind”
The seed (word) contains within it, the ability, the energy, the life forces of God, so that when it is planted in the heart it will take root and start to grow. The incorruptible seed of God will continue to grow as long as you water it and speak the promise of the desired results. Speak the desired results only! Call things that be nought as though they were, until they are!
For a fuller revelation of this see my book “Abraham’s Faith”.
Do not allow satan to steal the Word from you, nor allow him to choke the Word. Just be like the farmer in (Mark 4:26-29) that sows the seed, meditates, speaks the Word, hears and obeys, goes to sleep by night and rises by day. He trusts in God with all his heart and gets a good nights sleep and so should you.
(27) “The seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how!”
You don’t have to figure out how God is going to work things out, you simply have to believe that God is watching over His Word to see that it is performed. God is not a respecter of persons but is a respecter of His Word!
The Word that He has given you is a Covenant Word written in the blood of Jesus Christ. The basis of your Hope is the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the written Word of God.
God’s Word works all the time, 24 hours a day. He honors it above His very own name. Be a good farmer, go to bed at night and visualize a bountiful harvest that will pay off your bills and leave you an abundance for doing good deeds in Jesus name.
Keep the hope of the harvest before you, because just as sure as you planted the seed, satan will come and try to steal it and if he can’t steal it, he will try to delay it so that you will lose your Hope and begin to confess that it didn’t work this time.
Even if a famine should come, continue to trust in God and praise Him for the harvest. Praise and thanksgiving by Faith keeps your hope alive, which keeps your crops growing!
Remember God’s Word is supernaturally empowered seed and it produces 100 fold even in time of famine. (Genesis 26:12) “Then Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a 100 fold and the Lord blessed----)”
If you are in Christ, then you are a Covenant child of God and an Heir according to the promise. All of God’s promises are Yes and Amen in Christ for you.
Complete FAITH & HOPE Book (special offer) ....$5.00 E-mail d.ogilvie@primus.ca We believe…
There is one God, who exists eternally in three, distinct but equal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God is unchangeable in his holiness, justice, wisdom and love. He is the almighty Creator, Savior and Judge who sustains and governs all things according to His sovereign will for His own glory.
God has revealed himself in the Bible, which consists of the Old and New Testaments alone. There are no additional books of scripture. Every word was inspired by God through human authors, so that the Bible as originally given is in its entirety the Word of God, without error and fully reliable in fact and doctrine. The Bible alone speaks with final authority and is always sufficient for all matters of belief and practice.
All men and women, being created in the image of God, have inherent and equal dignity and worth. Their greatest purpose is to obey, worship and love God. As a result of the fall of our first parents, every aspect of human nature has been corrupted and all men and women are without spiritual life, guilty sinners and hostile to God. Every person is therefore under the just condemnation of God and needs to be born again, forgiven and reconciled to God in order to know and please him.
The Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and lived a sinless life in obedience to the Father. He taught with authority and all his words are true. On the cross he died in the place of sinners, bearing God’s punishment for their sin, redeeming them by his blood. He rose from the dead and in his resurrection body ascended into heaven where he is exalted as Lord of all. He intercedes for his people in the presence of the Father.
Salvation is entirely a work of God’s grace and cannot be earned or deserved. It has been accomplished by the Lord Jesus Christ and is offered to all in the gospel. God in his love forgives sinners whom he calls, granting them repentance and faith. All who believe in Christ are justified by faith alone, adopted into the family of God and receive eternal life.
The Holy Spirit has been sent from heaven to glorify Christ and to apply his work of salvation. He convicts sinners, imparts spiritual life and gives a true understanding of the Scriptures. He indwells all believers, brings assurance of salvation and produces increasing likeness to Christ. He builds up the Church and empowers its members for worship, service and mission.
The universal Church is the body of which Christ is the head and to which all who are saved belong. It is made visible in local churches, which are congregations of believers who are committed to each other for the worship of God, the preaching of the Word, the administering of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, for pastoral care and discipline, and for evangelism. The unity of the body of Christ is expressed within and between churches by mutual love, care and encouragement. True fellowship between churches exists only where they are faithful to the gospel.
Christ has given baptism to the churches as a visible sign of the gospel. Baptism is a symbol of union with Christ and entry into His Church but does not impart spiritual life.
Christ has given the Lord’s Supper to the churches as a visible sign of the gospel. The Lord’s Supper is a commemoration of Christ’s sacrifice offered once for all and involves no change in the bread and wine. All its blessings are received by faith.
The Lord Jesus Christ will return in glory. He will raise the dead and judge the world in righteousness. The wicked will be sent to eternal punishment and the righteous will be welcomed into a life of eternal joy in fellowship with God. God will make all things new and will be glorified forever.

*Vision*
(Proverbs 29:18) “Where there is no revelation the people cast off restraint.” Ministry without vision is like a snake, ill focussed, spineless and attracted to whatever is hot! My interest is in the future because I’m going to spend the rest of my life there. (Charles Kettering) Discern God’s vision for your life, ministry and church. Vision; which I argue is something every human being is called to discern and to apply, is unnatural for most people. It is the playground of true leaders. Most people are circumstantial not natural leaders. They find themselves in unavoidable situations in which they must exert some level of leadership even though they may not have much ability or inclination to lead. Vision is a style of thinking, a process of dealing with current and future reality. It is not as many people consider, a program waiting to be implemented. As an individual, you ought to clarify God’s Vision for your life and ministry. Separately each church or ministry needs to have its vision from God; articulated and accepted by those who comprise the ministry. Your vision will fail if it lacks God’s blessing and imprint. God is the only reasonable starting point in the vision process. As you grasp the totality of His vision for your life, your ability to satisfy His desires for you and for His creation will be multiplied. Living the visionary life is exhilarating and challenging. It is personally fulfilling and it is spiritually glorifying to God. Without a Vision from God, you will flounder! In the intense and diligent pursuit of His vision you will know the bounty and joy of His blessings. When it comes to the future, there are three kinds of people: Those who let it happen, those who make it happen and those who wonder what happened? The future doesn’t just happen; it is created by visionary leaders. Vision is a clear mental portrait of a preferable future. Through the force of their vision, reality is changed forever. There is no more powerful engine driving an organization toward excellence and long-range success, than an attractive, worthwhile and achievable vision of the future, widely shared. Defining Vision; Vision is a clear and precise mental portrait of a preferable future, imparted by God to His chosen servants, based on a accurate understanding of God, self and circumstances. Vision is tangible to the beholder; although it is just a concept or perspective of a nonexistent reality. Vision exists within the mind of a visionary so clearly that it may be thought of as a living image; such a vision motivates and directs ministry, filters information, serves as a catalyst in decision making and measures progress. The Visionary Christian is the one who appreciates the past, lives in the present, but thinks in the future. Vision is initiated by God, is desired by His people and is conveyed through the Holy Spirit. Vision comes when God determines you are ready to handle it. Only God knows when we are truly ready for the vision, for it will have a special purpose. God’s Vision will be specific for you and will be unique to you! No one else on the planet is exactly like you in terms of gifts, abilities, experiences, opportunities, desires, human attributes and so on. God’s vision will stretch you in every dimension: intellectually, spiritually and emotionally. It is impossible to receive vision from God and not become excited about it. Vision generates extreme enthusiasm and a sense of anticipation in the life of the beholder. It is greater than your own abilities to achieve! You will feel incapable of making it real. Through God’s supernatural blessings and empowerment, you probably will produce things you never dreamed of and will mature in ways you thought were designed only for the spiritual superstars. Vision maximizes your potential! Vision is what you will seek to achieve within the parameters of your calling. “Give me a man who says, this one thing I do” and not these 50 things I dabble in. (D.L. Moody) Does God have a special vision for your life and ministry? What are you doing to clarify that vision, to articulate it and to make it real? What is your responsibility to others who are called to fulfill God’s vision in their lives? God’s vision defines success as radical obedience to His special direction for your life. Each of us has different but equally important vision from our master. Some people think of vision as a process of dreaming, then ordering people around until the dream comes to pass. Vision is a holistic process in which the visionary articulates the vision and becomes intimately involved in applying the vision to the world’s conditions. Vision outlives the visionary. There is a difference between goals, strategy and vision. Goals and strategies are short-term outcomes that we may achieve. Vision is the result of long term effort. Moses didn’t enter into the promise land, Joshua did! The fact that a vision can excite people speaks to our inner yearning to lead lives of significance. God’s vision enables us to enlist people’s assistance and to empower them toward the fruition of the vision in spite of our own lack of charisma, abilities or experience. These notes are from a book “The power of Vision” by George Barna, published by Regal Books 1992. These notes are not for resale or distribution. |
Jesus loves you and so do we! We are presently meeting at Abundant Life Church on Friday nights 7:30 pm. 145 Dixon Road, Etobicoke. 416-249-7891 Come for Praise & Worship, Teaching and Minstry time after with miracles and healings. God bless, God is so Good! Why Prosperity?......
A good reason for it would be the fact that people are starving, sick and hopeless without it.
This is not the condition that God wants to see His creation in. God has always wanted His creation to live in a condition of more than enough.
God created the Garden of Eden to be a lush paradise for His Man. (Genesis 1:11) “Then God said, let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth and it was so.”
God spoke and it was so! (12) “And God saw that it was good.”
When God says it is good, then it is really good!
(Genesis 2:7-12) “And the Lord formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. (8) “The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed.”
(9) “And out of the ground the Lord God made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food.” He made trees that were pleasant to the sight not ugly ones. They were good trees and they produced good food.
(10) “Now a river went out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it parted and became four riverheads.” (11) “The name of the first is Pishon; it is the one which skirts the whole land of Havilah, where there is Gold.” (12) “And the gold of that land is good.”
God said the Gold was good! He put it there for His Man to find and enjoy. He told him where it was and that it was good. Gold is a universal form of currency. It is highly prized and sought after by Mankind. It has a great potential for doing good or evil. Good gold in good hands translates into power to do good. “It is God who gives thee power to get wealth, in order that His covenant be established.”
You will never impress God with how broke, busted and disgusted you are. Satan knows the golden rule; He who has the gold rules! He who has the money gets to put his programs on TV. The ones that are broke don’t! They get to sit at home and watch the world spend their money! Yes, that’s right they are spending your money.
(Deuteronomy 8:11-18) “Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God by not keeping His commandments, His judgments, and His statutes which I command you to day.”
(12) “lest- when you have eaten and are full, and have built beautiful houses and dwell in them; (13) “And when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and your gold are multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied;”
Use wealth for God’s purposes. Never put prosperity ahead of being obedient to God’s Word and His Will for your life. Always seek the blessor and not the blessings. Oh, by the way! God is not too pleased to see all the sinners with the Gold and Silver and His people with the copper and nickel.
(16) “Who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers did not know, that He might humble you and that He might test you, to do you good in the end.”
Being broke is not being humble. Humility is acknowledging God to be your source of blessing, and that if it wasn’t for Him, you wouldn’t have anything.
It’s not your wonderful self that got you prosperity, but it is God who gives you the power to get wealth.
God’s intention is to do good for you in the end. God has the end time harvest on His mind. He knows that it is going to cost a lot of money to bring in this harvest. He knows that the harvest is ripe but the laborers are few, because they are broke.
If they are not broke then they are too busy tying to make some money for themselves that they have no time for the harvest. Don’t put the pursuit of money ahead of the pursuit of God and His ways. “It is the blessing of God that makes one rich and He adds no sorrow with it.”
(17) “Then you shall say in your heart, my power and the might of my hand have gained me this wealth.” If you are not paying your tithes and giving offerings, then that is exactly what you are saying. You are not giving back to God what He has enabled you to get. God has something bigger on His mind then just you and your family! He wants to bless you so that you can be a blessing to other families around you.
(18) “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.”
Well, God never gave me no power to get nothing! Yes He did! Even with your lack of education and bad English you have talents and abilities within you that can be brought out of you by God. Ask Him to show you these abilities and to give you creative ideas and favor with others who can help you. Ask God to give you a vision of the harvest He wants from your life. You are God’s garden and He has planted many good things in you. He looks at you and says it is good!
God gives us power to get wealth so that He can establish His Covenant! That is the purpose of wealth. God needs a covenant people that He can walk and work with, who will believe Him for His blessing. We have no trouble seeing the curse operating in the Earth. Just as sure as there is a Curse there is also a blessing.
God found a man named Abraham who would walk with Him and God was able to bless Him and His seed.
That seed is Christ and in Him we are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise.
(Galatians 3:14) “That the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” See my book “Abraham’s Faith”.
These blessings are listed in (Deuteronomy 28) “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord you God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the Earth.”
I tried low; high is better!
(2) “And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:” (3) “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. (4) “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.” That is good blessing, but we are not over yet. (6) “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.”
(7) “The Lord will cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven says.”
I remember the demonized face of the man who cursed me and said he was going to be my worst nightmare and how he was going to cause me more trouble then I could imagine. That wasn’t very nice, because I can imagine a lot of trouble.
Thank God for His Word that transformed my mind and caused me to imagine him fleeing before my face. Do not fear their scary faces because God’s loving face is on your side, and His face is bigger! I’m still where God wants me to be and my enemy has fled away.
You and I may not look intimidating to our enemies, particularly when we are trying our best to love them and pray for them but God’s angels will intimidate our enemies. Their plans will not succeed and they will leave frustrated and confused and in defeat.
We trust God to perform His part of the Covenant His way and in His perfect timing.
(8) “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouse and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your god is giving you.”
Continue to seek God and stay in His perfect Will for your life and no one will harm you. It will look like the fire will burn you, and the lions will eat you, and the giant will kill you; however, God is in the midst of the fire and you will not be burned.
God will shut the lion’s mouth and you will have a nice furry pillow to sleep on. God will give you a courageous heart and the ability to defeat the giant and have his head for a trophy.
Your God rules over the spiritual and natural forces of the Earth. He rules over the animal kingdom and over the hearts of men. He is able and always willing to bring down the arrogant and raise the humble. May God bless you!

(Mark 4:26-29) ---“The Kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day and the seed should sprout, he himself does not know how.” (28) “For the earth yields crops by itself; first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.
I am excited about the full grain in the Head! How wonderful it is to have your mind renewed. “Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
(Transformed) To change in form or appearance. When you look into the mirror of your past do you see a loser? We have all made mistakes. It seems mistakes are a part of the growing experience of life. If you haven’t made any mistakes then you haven’t tried to do very much, which is the biggest mistake of all. I want to encourage you to look into the mirror of your future, which is the Word of God.
Whether you know it our not you are being transformed. I would rather like to be going from low voltage to high voltage, not the other way around. I would like to be exchanging my thoughts, which are low thoughts to God’s high thoughts. Is the Word transforming you or are you being transformed by the world?
Jesus said, (Mark 4: 25) “For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.”
Jesus is talking about knowledge, understanding and revelation. If you have it and keep seeking for it, more will be given to you. If you do not have it and don’t keep seeking for it, then you will lose even what you have. What you have eventually will do you no good. If a roadway or a bridge is not constantly maintained and reinforced you will not be able to travel on it. You will lose your faith in it.
The measure of thought and study you give to God’s Word determines the measure of the Kingdom that is released to you.
The devil would like you to be conformed to the World’s system because he has a lot of control over it. God wants you to be transformed so that you can understand and operate in His Kingdom. When you are operating in Revelation Knowledge the devil cannot handle you. You are too much for him!
(29) “But when the grain ripens, immediately, he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.” You need a harvest! I need a harvest! God needs a harvest! It is His good pleasure to give us a harvest!
Dig deep into the Word. It will give you a solid foundation to build upon. Get the blade; get the head; get the full grain in the head. Don’t let your head be filled only half way. 50% will make you a double-minded person and you won’t get your harvest. “Let not a double minded man expect to receive anything from the Lord.
When your mind is renewed by God’s Word. When Hope has filled your mind to the point of being full of grain, Faith will see it and consider it done! Then you will put in the sickle and have your harvest. See my new book “The Renewed Mind”. D.Ogilvie@primus.ca
Now that I have your attention, I would like to expound on (Mark 4: 21-32) “Also He said to them, “Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Is it not to be set on a lamp stand?”
The entrance of God’s Word brings light. The Word of God is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. It is life to those who find it and health to all our flesh. We are to hold God’s Word in high regard. We are children of light. We love the light. We come to the light. We live in the light. Jesus is the light of the World. We are in the world but not of the world. We are in the world and live in the light. We are to let our light shine before men, so that they can see our good works and glorify our Father in Heaven.
We keep our wicks trimmed. We seek out the teachers and preachers of God’s Word. We sit under their ministry. We read the Bible and the Holy Spirit teaches us. He leads us into all truth. The Holy Spirit is the oil, without Him the fire of revelation goes out. We seek the anointed teaching of God’s Word. We are not lazy. We do not hide the lamp of God’s Word under our beds. We are not sleepy heads. We pay attention to God’s Word. We incline our ears to His sayings.
We set the lamp on a lamp stand. We give it high regards. We give it first place in our life! We measure our life by it. God even honors His Word above His own name. His name wouldn’t be worth much if He didn’t. We can learn something from that. If we will honor God’s Word even above our own name, then God will honor us. If we lose our reputation with some because we honor God’s Word it will not be a loss for us but a gain. If the world is smiling at you, then God is probably frowning. If you want to be a friend of the world you will make yourself an enemy of God.
It is the Word of God that brings light. If you read a lot of books that are void of the Word of God then your brain will be clouded with darkness. There will be no fire of God in your spirit. “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”
Give the Word of God a high place of honor in your life and home. (Proverbs 4: 20-22) “My son, give attention to my words; (make them final authority) Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.”
(Mark 4: 22) “For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light.” Revelation knowledge is hidden from the unbeliever. He must come to Jesus the Light of the World and receive Him as Lord and Savior. Then the Holy Spirit will illuminate the scriptures to him and he will begin to walk in the light as a child of light. You have to make an effort to study the scriptures. You have to dig deep to find the hidden treasure in God’s Word. Whatever revelation is hidden in the scriptures is there to be brought to light. The Holy Spirit will help you and lead you into all truth. You and Him will marvel at the nuggets of truth He leads you to. The nuggets more valuable than gold will get bigger and bigger.
(Revelation 3:18) “I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.”
Get God’s counsel; the Holy Spirit is your counselor. I believe that street of gold in heaven is solid gold, not just paved. I believe it is symbolic of Revealed Knowledge. (Proverbs 16:16) “How much better to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.”
The Spirit of God is illuminating the spirit of man in great measure to day. Do not seek gold first, but seek the kingdom of God first and all things you have need of will be added unto you, including the gold.
(23) “If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” Ears are for hearing not for being tickled. For example we all like to hear (Luke 6: 38) “Give and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom.” I like that one myself. However we have to have ears that hear the whole truth.
We need to hear (Luke 6: 27-37) “ But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.”
When you bless your enemy and if God sees they are unworthy of it, then it will come back to bless you. You are not to judge them but to bless them. God will do the judging. You do the blessing.
Please continue to read verses 29 to 37. When you are hearing and doing these verses then you qualify for verse 38. God’s blessings will be running after you instead of you running after them.
(Mark 4: 24) “Then He said to them, Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given.”
Be careful about what you are hearing. A good tree brings forth good fruit. I would like to examine a person’s life a little bit before I just swallow what they have to say. There are some people who are right in the heart but wrong in the head. They mean well but are lacking dept of understanding.
Some truth is better than no truth. However by not knowing the whole truth you can easily be deceived. Satan and his false prophets can twist truth so that people will believe the lie and not the truth. He will try to deceive people into thinking Jesus was a prophet and not the Son of God. The third person of the Trinity Godhead came to Earth as the only begotten Son of God via the womb of the Virgin Mary.
Take heed what you hear. Be careful of who you are listening to. Don’t just go to a particular Church because your friends go there. Go to a Church that is giving the babies milk and giving the mature believers the meat of the word. You don’t want to be a vegetarian when it comes to the Word, you need to eat meat so that your spirit man on the inside can grow up strong and be able to do exploits for God. Make it a priority to have friends that want to fellowship around the Word. Start a bible study in your home.
It is the truth you know that will set you free! Find teachers that can help you grow in your understanding of God’s Word. Not just knowing the bible but having a revelation of its meaning. Something that the Holy Spirit has revealed. A kingdom truth that is quick and powerful that creates life in the inner and outer man. Something that makes your spirit stand up and shout; Glory hallelujah!
Seek truth that transforms you. Truth that lights your fire and makes you want to proclaim Christ as Savior, Healer and baptizer in the Holy Ghost and Power!
Truth that liberates and sets captives free! Truth that is everlasting, eternal and never ending! Truth that when acted upon with wisdom works every time.
(With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you;) You do the measuring. The amount of thought and study you put into the Word of God will determine the amount of the Kingdom of God that is measured back to you. God is not withholding any good thing from you. God said His people perish for a lack of knowledge. God’s people perish because they don’t make an effort to dig deep into the Word and lay a firm foundation of Truth in their life. You are not like that because you are reading this book and making an effort to become knowledgeable regarding the Kingdom of God. Congratulations!
(Mark 4:24) “---And to you who hear, more will be given.” To you who go to Church as often as possible and sit under the anointed Word of God. To you who read your bible as regular as you can. To you who stop hearing the junk on TV. You see; one important thing about hearing is to stop hearing the nonsense of the world. To you who consecrate (set apart) your ears to hear what the Holy Spirit has to say. Are you a hearer?
A hearer is one who is vitally interested (hungry, thirsty) for the Word of Truth. You can’t get enough of it. It is constantly on your mind. Your brain is regularly being cleansed by the washing of the Word. You are taking Word showers as often as you can. You are becoming addictive to the Word.
You have discovered that the Word and the Anointing go together like the horse and carriage and you and Jesus are talking about marriage. You are becoming His devoted Wife. The Church is the bride of Christ. You are seeking out anointed men and women of God to hear what they have to say. You are making notes and checking in with the Holy Spirit to hear what He furthers says about it. If you are that kind of a person then “more will be given” to you. Lots more!
(25) “For whoever has, to him more will be given;” Whoever has what?
Whoever has revelation knowledge and understanding will be given even more.
“But whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.” That’s not nice? Well the devil is not nice! He will steal anything he can get his hands on. He specializes in minds that are not focussed on God.
He blinds the minds of the unbelievers to the Gospel. He trys to find anything he can to get your mind off the Gospel. He will even use false doctrine!
There was a man in Matthew that had bad doctrine. (Matthew 25: 24-30) “Then he who had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed.”
Oh! Oh! This is not going to be good! Don’t make presumptions about God.
God has revealed very clearly what He is like. Jesus was the expressed image of God in the Earth. Had this man read his bible he would have know that God makes a big deal out of sowing and reaping. As long as the Heavens and Earth remain there is going to be sowing and reaping. As long as there is night and day there is going to be sowing and reaping. As long as there is summer and winter there is going to be sowing and reaping.
To say that God is a hard man who reaps where He has not sown is bad doctrine. That is about as stupid as saying that God is going to make you sick to perfect holiness in your life. Or to say He permits sickness in order to teach you something. I suggest you read my Healing School book for revelation on this subject.
God is not a hard man who reaps where He has not sown. God was so very loving and softhearted when He sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die for us on a cross. He planted His seed Jesus and expected a harvest of many souls. God always starts with a seed and expects us to do the same.
(2nd. Corinthians 9: 10-15) “Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness,” Stop and selah (meditate) that.
God will go out of His way to supply you with the seed you need. I suggest you don’t eat it but sow it. He will even give you bread to keep you alive while the seed grows. Not only does He supply the seed but also multiplies it! Yes! That’s God! Did you notice He multiplies seed that is sown? When you realize that money is a seed that needs to be sown then you will gladly pay tithes and give offerings, knowing that God will multiply it back to you in the way you need it the most. God multiplies seed (money) that is sown! The multiplying stops when the sowing stops. If the devil has managed to stop your sowing then he has just ripped you off!
God wants to give you increase. “And increase the fruits of your righteousness, (11) “while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God,”
Yes, that’s it! That’s God! He desires us to be enriched (made rich) in a few things? No! Enriched in everything! Why? So that we can give liberally! Why? So that people will glorify God for His grace that is at work in our life. That’s God, because it is a win-win situation. We win, God wins and people win. God is not in the loser business; although you must lose you’re selfish, stingy life in order to gain His multiplying life.
(13) “While, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men,” There is a good ministry for all believers; being blessed and being a blessing. How Glorious! What a way to live! Only God could think of it!
Now lets go back to (Matthew 25: 25) “And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.” Now I see what was the problem. The man was in fear! I'm sorry he didn't know God. God is love and perfect love casts out fear.
Fear will cause you to do some stupid things. The good faithful servants were determined to take good care of the masters business. They made good use of the talents that the master gave them. They put them to good use. Do you notice that the one who had five also gained five and the faithful servant who had two also gained two? God always offers you multiplication. If a large corporation today would offer 10% on every dollar, there would be people lined up for miles bringing all the cash they could get their hands on. God is offering double as a minimum. God is a multiplier! You do the sowing and God will provide the increase.
How are believers using their talents? How are they investing their time, abilities and money? I would like to hear “Well done good and faithful servant: you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.” There’s nothing like serving the Lord with joy and gladness for the abundance of all things. I suggest you serve the Lord with joy and gladness whether in lack or abundance. It will get God’s attention and it will discourage the devil.
(Matthew 25: 26-30) “But his Lord answered and said to him, You wicked ( he was wicked because he had twisted up doctrine) “and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed.” He had a bad confession about God. We must remember to have a good confession before God and man. Jesus is the Apostle and High Priest of our Confession. Let’s give Him a good confession of His Word so that He can officiate over it and bring it to pass in our lives. Confession, Faith and Patience will bring possession.
Jesus said that we would have those things that we say. This man is about to be judged according to what he has said. By our words we shall be justified and by our words we shall be condemned.
(27) “So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest.” Too bad, that fear froze this man and he was afraid to do anything. Without Faith it is impossible to please God. This man’s master was not pleased with him. Let God get a profit out of your life. Be a fruitful branch then you will never have to worry about being pruned off. God wants fruit and if you will check your heart you will see that you also have a great God given desire to be fruitful for the master.
What a wonderful thought, being a branch with lots of lovely fruit on it (fruits of the Spirit). Let the people come and pick the fruit and give Glory to God. God will produce even more fruit on the branch for next season. (28) “Therefore take the talent from him, (the fruitless branch) “and give it to him who has ten talents (the fruitful branch).”
The angels of God are busy blessing the one who is a blessing to others in Jesus’ name. The angels of God are watching over the harvest of the sower. They are watching over the seed you have sown, not the seed that is still in your pocket. The wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous because the righteous will put it to good use.
(29) “For to every one who has, (correct understanding, faith and charity) “more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away.” (30) “And cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
Now we can go back to (Mark 5: 25) “For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.” So you see we need to be serious about God’s Word. In the natural we exercise our bodies to keep them fit. We are careful about what we eat. We discipline ourselves and we reap the reward of good health. The flesh would like to have a daily diet of junk food. We use our will power and tell our flesh to shut up. Start to exercise your will power over the desires of the flesh with the small things and then you will have the will power to resist the devil in the big things.
The devil and the flesh are a dangerous tag team opponent that must be wrestled into submission. Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.
If we don’t maintain that which we have gained we will lose it fast. Hell is full of weak willed people. Sad to say, there are many that started the Christian race but couldn’t finish.
If you want to be an effective disciple of Jesus you need lots of physical, mental and spiritual discipline. It is good to fast now and again, just to show our bodies that our spirit is still in charge. We are a spirit, we have a mind and we live in a body. To be spiritually minded is life and peace, to be carnal (fleshly) minded is death.
We need to exercise our mind in the word of God. We watch over the condition of our heart, always making sure we are in Love and not strife with others. We are willing for love’s sake to prefer others before ourselves. Because God is love He is always glorified when we do. We have a disciplined spiritual life in the Word of God. We are making time to pray to God and to enjoy the fellowship of the Holy Spirit daily. We are learning to walk closer with God all the time. He is always on our mind and we are always on His mind. We walk, we talk, we laugh, we dance, we pray and work together! What a life!
We invite others to come and experience this life. This is the high road of eternal life. It is a narrow one and a glorious one. It is the one that Jesus is on! We are following Him to Heaven and bringing as many as we can with us!
I don’t know about you, but I think I will enjoy the day with my Father, my Jesus and my Holy Spirit. Why don’t you just take the time to worship Him and praise Him right now and thank Him for His goodness, kindness , mercy and grace.
Why don’t you just make up your mind to do this every day whether you feel like it our not? Maintain your relationship with God, it is the most valuable thing you have. If you murmur and complain you will remain! The Israelites could not enter the promise land because they complained and would not trust God. They had seen His mighty Acts and Miracles and yet rebelled against God and His chosen leadership. God’s leaders are human and not perfect all the time. Yet, they are God’s leaders and we must respect and pray and support them.
They need to be encouraged by our faithfulness and financial support. When Moses held up his hands the people of God were winning the battle. When he got tired and lowered his hands the people of God started to lose. Whether you win or lose will have a lot to do with how you treat the Ministers of God!
Will you be an Aaron or a Hur and hold up the hands of the man or woman of God? (Genesis 17). It will not go unnoticed by God. He who sees in secret will reward you openly.
(Mark 4:26-27) “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground,” This is how the Kingdom of God works. If you want to do the works of God then you must know how the Kingdom of God works. It is like a man who scatters seed on the ground. The seed of course is the Word of God and it is precious! It is amazing seed! It is self energizing! It is filled with the Life of God Himself! It never returns to God void but always accomplishes that which He has purposed it to do! He has purposed that His incorruptible seed should penetrate a believers love softened heart (ground).
There has never been a problem with God’s Word (seed). It has been available for Mankind to sow and reap with for thousands of years. The devil tried to hide it. But we the people of God have found it. We are going to sow it in our God loving hearts and it is going to produce Christ, the anointed one and His anointing in us and we are going to walk upon the earth doing the Works of God, just like Jesus.
We are going to keep the ground of our heart in good condition by hearing and doing the Word of God. We need some good harvests, some 30, some 60 and some 100 fold! Oh! God! Give us 100 fold hearts! Well, I tried that but the devil’s locust came and ate the harvest! Then take the devil to the high court of Heaven and ask God for seven-fold restitution. Never stop sowing seed! Never stop doing good in Jesus name! Never stop helping people and supporting the Ministry. Never stop reading and hearing the Word of God. Never stop speaking it with your mouth. Keep it coming in your eyes and your ears. Keep speaking, keep believing, keep acting like it is so. The Word of God works for those who hold it in their hearts and keep it in their mouth.
Be a good farmer and water the seed with praise and worship and thanksgiving to God. Thank Him for the harvest in advance. He wants you to have the harvest. That’s why He provided the seed! Chase away the birds of the air! Satan comes to fill your mind with doubt and unbelief so you will stop praising God for the harvest.
When you stop thanking God, you stop the growing cycle. Anytime you put good seed into a good heart and water it with praise and thanksgiving, speaking over it with the light of Gods Word you will have a harvest. Now make your actions line up to what you have believed and go to sleep!
Here is where a lot of Christians miss it. They don’t go to sleep. They don’t rest in what they have believed and said and done!
(Mark 4: 27) “And should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.” Rest in your Faith. You have done your work of faith, now rest in it, like a good farmer. While the seed is growing in the field why don’t you start to get your threshing machine in good order. Stay busy with what you need to do to get the harvest in, because the harvest is sure. The blessing of Abraham is yours in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3). See my book “the Faith of Abraham”.
Your crops are not going to dry up! God will send an underground river to water them. God will have His Angels water them at night. God will provide you with water so that you can water them. I don’t know how He will do it and you don’t always know either. That is His responsibility! Our responsibility is to believe He will do it somehow and we don’t have to know how it will be done. (And the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how).
This farmer is smarter than some Christians are because he goes to sleep! He doesn’t have anxious sleep, wondering how God is going to do it. Tossing and turning trying to figure out what he can do (if) God doesn’t do it. Did you know that a little (if) can cause you a lot of trouble? You are going to have to decide who has the care of this matter. You have it or God has it! Let God have it! You see; the cares of this world will choke the word, and it will become unfruitful.
When you are anxious, you will pray anxious prayers based on your fears and like Job your worst fears may come upon you. I know that is a hard saying, but never the less true!
When the enemy tries to frighten you and get you to speak your fears, comfort yourself in God’s great promises and speak them forth. Don’t speak your fears! (See my book “The Tongue”). Your Father in Heaven loves you and He is anxious to show Himself strong on your behalf! Why should you be anxious that God wouldn’t do it, when all the time He is anxious to do it for you? Rest in Faith! Rest in God’s Love! Don’t take the devils cares, but rest in God’s Care. The devil is no match for God. Just think, the Earth is God’s footstool and satan can be put under our feet!
Your heart and your mouth are lined up with God’s Word, now make your actions line up with them. Be at peace! Don’t have a care in the world! Because greater is He that’s in you than he that’s in the world! The Earth was created by the Word and the Word will take care of any situation you will encounter in the world. Trust in God with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will make your paths straight.
When you are doing this, the Holy Spirit will give you divine direction and guidance. Here is where the spirit man must dominate the mind and body. Who is going to be in control? Make your mind dwell on the promises of God. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you. He will give you a Rhema Word. He will cause the Logos Word to come alive to your spirit. When your mind tells you something different, take those thoughts captive and replace them with thoughts of God and His faithfulness. Intercede for others who are going through difficult times. As you do for others, it shall be done unto you. Keep blessing others and God’s blessings will overtake you. Water others and you will be watered! The blessings in Deuteronomy are yours, because they are part of Abraham’s blessings!
(And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise).
(Deuteronomy 28: 1-14) “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, (Walk in His Word and be led by His Spirit) to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.”
(2) “And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:”
(4) “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.” (God will bless you at your place of work. God will bless your business.)
(7) “God will cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.”
(8) “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.”
(12) “The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.”
Meditate these great promises and all the other powerful truths in God’s Word. Put them in your mouth. Put them in your heart. Believe them. Speak them. Act like they are so. They will transform you and make a transformer out of you. The Holy Spirit will quicken the Word to you and cause it to be come alive in your spirit. You will be come a living epistle for Jesus. Those who are watching you will know that God is real by your witness to them. The life of God inside you will enable you to minister life to others.
(Mark 4: 28) “For the earth yields crops by itself;” Your heart has been designed by God to grow His Word. It receives the Word, it eats the Word and produces a spiritual power called Faith. The heart incubates the Word until it produces the life of God. It creates a living Faith and transforms us into a faith realm where all things are possible. We become living, breathing mountain removers, people lovers, faith healers, gospel preachers and everything else that the Word says we are.
We become the Healed instead of the sick trying to get healed. We become the blessed instead of the cursed. We are made glad and are joyful instead of being gloomy and depressed. We are being transformed into the image of Christ. The seed of Christ is growing. We are the ones who set the measure of growth. Why stop at the blade when you can have the full grain in the head?
“First the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.”
Keep growing dear believer. Press into the light of God’s Word. Soak your roots into the refreshing river of God. Get under the anointed Ministry and Word of God. Go to a church where they are reaching for more of God. More of God and less of us we cry! A church that is praising and worshipping God with all their heart. Listen to preachers and teachers that have the power of God in their life. You need the other members of the body of Christ to help you grow. We need each other.
We live for God and we live for one another. Our life is a testimony for the Grace of God. We hear one another’s testimony and we are encouraged. We are growing in our love for God and one another. We are loving our neighbor and even our enemies.
This agape love is fertilizing our roots and increasing our growth in God. We are growing out of the blade stage and getting into the head stage. We may experience some growth pains like dying to ourselves, but it is worth the reward of having the mind of Christ and our hearts filled with God’s love.
The more we give, the more God gives back to us. We are becoming more like Jesus. We are thinking like Him. We are walking like Him. We are talking like Him. We do not think of shortage because we are backed up by heaven’s riches. God provides all of our needs according to His riches by Christ Jesus.
God has a place for us to be planted where we can bloom and be like Jesus. A lily of the valley giving off the sweet fragrance of Christ. We continue to trust God even when in the valleys of life because that’s where the lilies grow.
We are God’s garden and can grow anywhere. We don’t fear the dessert experiences of life because even there we know that God can sustain us. He can cause water to come out of a rock and send us fresh manna every day. We are fearless because God is Faithful.
When we grow in revelation knowledge we also grow in faith. Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. He is the developer of our faith. He works on the roots, on the stock, the leaves and even prunes us when necessary so that we can be abundantly fruitful.
We are starting to understand what the Word says; “As He is, so are we in this life!”
He is victorious. We are victorious! 1st.John5: 4) “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith.” Did you notice that in the faith realm you have already overcome the world? If you have full grain in the head faith, you wouldn’t continue to ask God to do something He has already done. The Word of God says; “by His stripes you were healed.” That is past tense! Agree with the Word. Say you are the healed. God has sent His Word and healed us. (See my Healing School book).
This is the Victory! This is the full grain in the head. This is the Faith and Love life where we never have a dull day again. God is directing and showing us where we should thrust in the sickle for a miracle harvest. God is calling you now to work in the harvest. Your calling is different than mine. We love to work. God provides us with an anointing to work. We love the anointing. It energizes our entire being. It effects every part of our life.
(29) “But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”
Your sickle is different than mine. We respect each other’s sickle. We are not competitive. I watch you use your talents and abilities for God and I am amazed! Put God’s sickle in your hands and watch the anointing increase upon your life. Your hands are becoming God’s hands. You lay them upon the sick and the sick are healed! What a life! The believers life of Faith! Live it well my dear friend! The harvest is before you and God is with you!
How I long to hear those good words; “Well done my good and faithful servant, you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the Joy of your Lord.”
