Be encouraged: there are some of the scriptures that help me; HOWEVER- we, as Christians are called to endure a certain amount of suffering-I was diagnosed with lung cancer, had 2/3 of my right lung removed, then I started having kidney pain-they told me that I might have to have my right kidney removed (I didn't have to have it removed); Then they told me that I have diabetes; then degenerative bone disease; and I've had 3 heart-attacks-but other than That, I'm great-to the glory of God!!!!!!
My friend-I know what I have endured(ONLY by God's grace-NOT in my own self)and fear is a crippling device of the ememy of your soul;
Psa 27:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Ro 8:17 KJV
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; [U]if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.{/U}
2Ti 2:12 KJV
12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
BUT-that suffering WILL NOT Overtake you, but wil work out for your GOOD!!!
2Co 4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
Isa. 59:19 (KJV) So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
Jesus said in Luke 10:19 (KJV) "Behold I give you POWER...Over ALL the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you."
Psa 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
