Pastors please hear my heart, were in times where folks do not want atuority, and they want to allow for a feel good structure. If this is a problem where you are at then it is time to say what the Lord would say. Choose this day whom you will serve. Love in unconditional terms is vital but the truth is that there are times tough love is needed.In Pastoral leadership we are to equip the saints for service. At times truth in love might seem too rough but if it is in love it is just truth and that is a good thing. If were not getting a salary which I am not getting one, then no one can say were hirelings. So do not worry about the reactions of others if you happen to be stepping on their toes.

There are tons & tons of folks who do not think that too much money should pass through the hands of greedy pastors. If they are being greedy then absolutely, then do not put anything in the offering plate. Give with a cheerful heart. Sharing the word in how God wants to move in His Spirit is got to be the only agenda involved. Acts 17:28. In Him we live and have our being.

How many pastors and evangelists, & teachers also lead with the capacity of lording authority that are out there. I do not care to know. But we have to speak the truth at all times. If one refuses to listen to truth after a couple of times all one can do after that is pray. Thank you in advance for any time you have ventured into in reading this. Redeeming the time is so important for all of God's people.
