Most of the time, WMP will send you those tracts for free. For example, I ran across a number of Somalis, easily identifiable because of their clothing, living in my hometown. When I requested some Somali tracts, WMP sent me a package of them, more than I can use. Now I always have a few in my car, and I give them out when I run across Somalis while running my errands. If this were the middle ages I would certainly understand, but how can someone suspend all reason and actually think something like this could happen.
