Jill Phillips hit the music scene in 1999 with the release of her self-titled debut and was featured on the cover of CCM Magazine alongside Bebo Norman as one of Christian music's new up and coming artists. Since then, she has toured with acts such as Caedmon's Call, Bebo Norman, and Nichole Nordeman. In 2002 Jill released her second album God & Money, and was voted by the readers as CCM's Independent Artist of the Year.
Voted by readers as CCM Magazine's Independent Artist Of The Year for 2002.
Songs from her debut album were featured on television programs Felicity and Roswell.
