F.I.T Decisions Foundation targets teenagers between the ages of 11-15 years. Our goal is to inspire and motivate them to pursue whole health by creating a balance within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual areas of their lives. F.I.T Decision’s conferences employ Christian principles designed to provide teenagers the opportunity to understand and evaluate the consequences of their decisions, and learn to make healthy choices for a successful future. Each "Girls Only" conference addresses issues such as peer pressure, goal setting, abstinence, stress, nutrition, eating disorders, etc.
