2.0 Website Plan
The marketing of Praize.com is built around the core values that this site offers. Our company?s name is one that speaks for itself. Having an easily recognizable name is a great asset in establishing an online presence with the North American and hopefully wider public. We have expended great time, effort and resources in acquiring the best software, marketing tools and unique talent to achieve our goals.
2.1 Business Model
At present our business model is based on the sale of advertising with future plans to initiate an addition number of revenue streams. Because the site is also intended to increase brand awareness, we are building for high-traffic volumes. We give users an excellent free experience to develop trust leading to increase sell-through. We have covered operating costs for the last two years while traffic has been built to develop our position for the long-term future.
2.2 Site Positioning
Our first class design and the advertisers product quality are critical to our positioning as one of the top Christian dot com companies. We already have become one of the best reviewed websites in our category. USA Radio Networks distributed a 10 minute interview to over 700 radio stations across America. Alexa has awarded Praize.com a five star ranking as
well a placement in the top 5,000 of all websites on the internet today.
2.3 e-commerce Solutions
Although there is still some concern regarding the security of conducting financial transactions on the Internet, we assure all users of our extensive security precautionary measures. We build a reputation with users which ensure comfort in taking advantage of the many products and services that our title sponsors offer. We also assure our customer database that all sponsors and advertisers are pre-approved by us which means that there is great care taken in selecting potential sponsors and advertisers.
2.4 Front End
The website is complemented by an intelligent design. We use the best possible layout for all pages within Praize, making this website a very user-friendly and attractive site to best represent our company, our title sponsors and our advertisers.
2.5 Back End
The Praize.com site is driven by Unix servers and coded mostly in Perl . We take our registration databases live to be capable of e-mailing on services, news, and products. This is a very powerful way to cross market and further the development of the site. Also enabling Mod_Perl keeps the site very fast. Our back end administration is well organized keeping all of our membership data at our fingertips. Many personalized features have been put into place to keep track of members interests, preferences and church affiliation.
