Seeing how Praize is becoming so popular and acknowledging the fact that there will be an increase in the number of users, we have put together a comprehensive Operator Area which will provide you with information on the requirements for the job. It is understood that the job is on a voluntary basis, however we feel
it is important that we give a service of quality and integrity since we are the "front-line" support of this site.

Qualifications |
We feel it is imperative that applicants be Christians and that they should
go through a "probation period" to see how they will work in unity with Praize and the other OPs. We do realize that even though this is a Christian site, not everyone is a Christian. We do, however. believe that those who are OPs on here should be dedicated Christians. We are Praize Operators, and even though our Christian life can differ from church to church, we must remind ourselves that our priority is to support Praize members, rather than being spiritual counselors. We are willing servants who can pray for our brothers and sisters, but should always seek to refer them back to their home-church spiritual leader and Jesus Christ.
Being a Praize Operator is like a ministry position and like any other ministry there will be training, monthly meetings, and expectations of service.
