  It seems that Congressional help for Hurricane Sandy victims may be delayed.One website I found easy to use was the one set up by New Jersey First Lady Mary Pat Christie and the Governor. It accepts gift cards and they don't ask for your phone number. It's nice when they don't ask a lot of intrusive questions when you're tryin to help.So...
