Trust & Obey

I want to share with you today a wonderful private message that I received today from a long-time Praize member.  I tell you, these Praize members have held up my arms and each others' through thick and thin over the years.  I cannot wait to meet them all in Heaven. If you are not meeting people on Praize and sharing with them, you are losing out.  I love you guys!

Nothing lasts forever except God's Love and Jesus' words. So even if Praize should fold, God will still be acting somewhere. He is not dependent on our efforts. We are dependent on His Grace. 
Give the problem to God and let him deal with it His way.

Meanwhile - Remember the wonderful old Sunday School Chorus of our youth. "Trust and obey. for there's no other way, to be happy in Jesus, than to trust and obey".

In other words, when things go how we want them to, we rejoice and trust God. When things don't go how we want them to, we rejoice and trust God. I am in a similar place, where I'm believing God for a miracle yet placing my trust in the Lord and letting it go. Not trying to make the miracle happen. Glory to God!

We are going to be studying Philemon today in Sunday School. Paul wrote philemon these words, "I give thanks to my God always when I mention you in my prayers." Like Paul I give thanks for you (Praize & Sarah), both of which have been a blessing to me. Keep up the (God's) good work.
