Praize Blogs

I pray a lot for mothers at this time of year. I see most of my friends on Facebook with happy families. And I am happy for them. But my heart hurts for the others who are not so blessed.  The ones you see on TV whose children are in trouble, being arrested, or worse. And the ones you don’t see on TV. Those whose children have gone on to heaven before them. Those whose children are on drugs or missing. Or perhaps their children just don’t like them, maybe don’t even talk to them. And these mothers either blame the kids or they blame themselves. And my heart aches.

I don’t mean to be a downer, and for those of you who have been good mothers, and your children are happy and loving, I am happy for you. Celebrate and appreciate.
