       1/2 teaspoon baking soda

       1/4 teaspoon salt

       3/4 cup milk

       3/4 cup sour cream

       2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, washed and dried

1 recipe Streusel Topping (Recipe follows.)

Streusel Topping

       1/2 cup sugar

       1/3 cup all-purpose flour

       1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

       3 tablespoons butter
