2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Everyone is good at something. Usually, it is something in which they are passionately interested.

Even those who seem to be troublemakers and idlers are good at what they do because THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT TO DO.

Every expert has a passion for what they are good at. It may have started as a thought, impulse, or curiosity, but developed into a passion as they progressed.

The more time they spent with their passion and the more they learned about their passion, the more they could talk and teach about their passion.

Learning and passions never stop and are never complete. Much like this life, even when we reach the end, we will still have not completed all we wanted to accomplish.

Any expert will tell you that they do not know everything about their passion, but they have enough knowledge to help you find the answer to your curiosity.

All of this means that experts have spent much time and energy learning about their passion and can help those who are not as advanced in their knowledge. God gives knowledge and learning to be spread around and shared, not horded and profited from.

2 Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

Although God does expect those, who have learned, to be able to make a living from their knowledge, but that is not to be blown up into a fortune, which many of the poor cannot afford.

1 Corinthians 9:14 Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.

Even an expert needs the help of others and, if he is charging a small fortune for his expertise, then he should be expected to pay for the expertise of others.

God wants a balanced and prosperous church and community where love is the reigning emotion, even among its rulers and experts.

Exodus 16:17 And the children of Israel did so, and gathered, some more, some less.

Exodus 16:18 And when they did mete it with an omer, he that gathered much had nothing over, and he that gathered little had no lack; they gathered every man according to his eating.

In fact, God has given us all, our abilities and any expert will be required to use their expertise for the good of all.

1 Corinthians 12:6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

1 Corinthians 12:7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

It is the way, of the world, to pay huge amounts of profit to those, who have the knowledge and skills, which everyone is compelled to want. Sports figures are paid royally to compete and expel their skills until they are left wasted and broken and their expertise is no longer useful. Educators are profited by their knowledge until the world’s desires turn to other entertainments and they are left with empty classes and empty promises. Rulers and prominent figures have their day in the limelight but are passed over and alone when the masses turn to other ‘experts’, to give them their desires.

If you have worked hard, and are an expert in anything, give thanks to God because you could not have done it without Him, no matter how hard and long you tried.

1 Timothy 6:17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;

1 Timothy 6:18 That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

If you see an expert in any field, then he has spent much time learning about his passion but, if you see any who is walking faithfully with his God in love and service, understand that that person is an expert and has spent much time and energy with His God and in study and service.

God WILL REQUIRE him to be helpful to those who are in need of his services.

Luke 12:48  But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

I have often said that to truly be a Christian, one must serve Christ with a ‘want to’ spirit because a ‘have to’ spirit will not succeed. In other words, Christianity can only be lived by a love of the savior, our Christ.

That is not our ‘religious’ lives but our whole life; even our expertise

Jeremiah 29:13  And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
