Hawaiian Crockpot Ham Sandwiches

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 4 hours

Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 pounds cooked ham, sliced

½ large sweet onion, sliced

1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple

1 (15 ounce) can diced pineapple

¾ cup brown sugar

¼ cup Dijon mustard

Buns for serving

*Optional toppings: sliced pineapple, sliced cheese, like American, cheddar, or mozzarella

 

Directions:

Place both cans of pineapple (not drained), brown sugar, and mustard in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

 

Stir in ham and sliced onions.

 

Cook on low for about 4 hours until cooked through, and pineapple is tender.

 

Serve warm on buns with additional desired toppings.
