Good Samaritan Needed

While Americans watch as an American journalist is beheaded, our President is again doing nothing.  ISIS takes credit for the kill and are persecuting Christians and 'religious minorities' in Iraq to the point of chasing down children and beheading them as well.  How do we handle this?

Someone suggested that we need a good Samaritan approach,  Remember, the man beaten and left by the side of the road was passed by all religious leaders and helped by a Samaritan.  I would agree but, there is nother aspect involved as well.  Our aid cannot be in the form of a humanitarian donation to stop the killing of innocent people.  It must come in the form of military action.

You do not negotiate with terrorists.  You kill them and, ISIS, Hamas and any other terrorist organization should and must be destroyed.  Our President and Congress should act now to protect American citizens and aid those persecuted and killed in Irag or wherever it may be.  It is time to use the sword and move into the warzone full force.

Should we be shocked at the evils of men? Does not the Bible tell us how things will be in the last days? The last days my brothers and sisters in the Lord are here, we are in them. America is not the America Americans think it is. America went through a big change in 1871 when the Act to form a government for DC was passed. I don't have time to do a history lesson here, but anyone that wants to know what happened there just look up the Act of 1871. After that point the rulers of America had to bring about their new America to the American people so as they would not know what was happening.

The next major step in their plan was the passing of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 allowing a privately owned bank to print our nations money and charging interest for doing so. They also formed their own police force that same year, we know them as the IRS. It only took 20 years to reach their goal, in 1933 came the new deal. What 99% of Americans don't know is that the new deal was truly just that, a new deal. The Federal Reserve foreclosed on the debt and America was under new ownership. I know most Americans will not be able to accept this fact, that however does not change the reality of it. You can stand on a train track and not accept the fact that a train is coming at you, this will not change the fact that the train will run you down.

Every president from that time on and even way before that has worked to bring about the New World Order, the one world system, the global government, what ever you want to call it. Should we be surprised that our so called leaders would be part of something like this. Didn't God tell us that this would happen?

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. Revelation 13:16-18

Knowing what the Bible tells us is coming why would we think that the so called leaders of America will do anything to stop the persecuting of Christians? Remember the one that will take control of this New World Order does not like Christians, in fact he hates them, they are God's people and he wants them all DEAD!

We as Christians have a weapon more powerful than any weapon made by man, it is called prayer. We may not be able to change the shape of things to come, prophecy will be fulfilled, but we can pray for these persecuted Christians that God will make them strong in their time of persecution, and to give them the faith to know that He is with them at that time.

We will be persecuted the Bible tells us that, but we know where we are going we must rejoice in that fact. And if we want our prayers heard there is another warning in the Bible we need to take to heart.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

When we look at the mess America is in it becomes clear that it is us Christians that need to pray, seek God and turn from our wicked ways. As American Christians we need to humble ourselves, we need to truly seek God, We need to turn from our wicked ways, the biggest problem there is we really don't know how wicked we really are. We need to pray, Pray and PRAY! We need to pray for one another, that we will be strong in facing the coming persecution, and for the persecution already here.

And we need to pray for American Christians, that they will wake up, and that we will be strong in the faith, because all this is coming here very soon.

It is just this kind of thinking that has got us into this situation in the first place. The second Iraq war, (ostensibly to remove WMD's from Saddam Hussein's arsenal, but none were found to this day), simply replaced one tyrant who presided over a reasonably stable Iraq, with many warring factions which now leave a power vacuum which ISIS can exploit for its own extremist ends. The sensible thing to do is not go off half cocked. A 'Rambo' style shootemup will not solve the problem. Solutions are what is needed, and that requires coordinated thought, mutually agreed action and the will and agreement of the people of Iraq and the general middle east. Not unilateral, uncoordinated, military intervention without aim or strategy and without the backing of the people Iraq, (a very difficult thing to get owing to the fact they can't even agree among themselves to form an effective non sectarian government).

Covert operations, intelligence gathering and selective surgical elimination of the many headed hydra of ISIS would be the most effective approach by far. Your president is right and wise to be cautious about getting your military re-embroiled in yet another middle eastern war. Most of the modern weapons in ISIS hands are actually American, abandoned by the Iraqi army in their hasty retreats from Islamic State forces.

If your president has been advised and has a strategy he would be very wise not to let ISIS know what it is. Certainly their own strategy seems to be to deliberately try to provoke military intervention by US forces, (presumably in an attempt to generate even more anti US feeling among beligerant Arab states and thereby appear to enhance their own legitimacy in a perverted kind of "David against Goliath" competition for power).

Knee jerk reactions might be excusable in the circumstances, but may not be 'wise'. Stealth and subterfuge may be better weapons against so unscrupulous and barbaric an enemy.
