Proverbs 21:30 There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the LORD.

I was wondering if you have noticed that all my threads and themes seem to end at the same place. Everything I write about comes back to God and His son, Jesus, before I reach the end of my page.

It is because God is the beginning. He is the place where one has to start to begin learning truth.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Because humanity has left the truth of God, we have all these speculations and theories, which have grown up into ‘known truths’ that have no evidence to back them up.

In my lifetime, evolution has grown from being 19 million years old to 28 billion. Yet we can look around at a very unstable world and realize that most of man’s creations have crumbled and decayed in a few hundred years.

It is only common sense to realize that the world is so fragile that it could not possibly be very old.

We have forgotten what is important and replaced it with the spectacular. We idolize Hollywood but have forgotten how to grow food, build simple structures or protect ourselves from ordinary activities.

We claim to be getting smarter but have more people doing wild and unnatural activities and created toys, which amaze us by doing simple things that everyone could do a few decades ago. (Yes, I mean computers. They are NOT smart. They are obsessively entertaining.)

God tells us we are doing this to ourselves and are missing what is important.

Ecclesiastes 7:29 Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.

Anything that does not start with God and build on His truth will get more unstable, as it grows, and will eventually collapse in ruin.

God, however, grows with every minute spent being with Him and learning about His truth.

I start with God and repeat myself but there is always something new or enlightening with each different page. Learning about God does not happen in an instant.

Knowledge builds on what is known. We learn by starting simple and add complicated, as we understand. Our knowledge is not a jumbled batch of vague ideas but is a complete unit, related and supporting each other.

Truth will be truth for you as it has been for me. Everything falls when subjected to gravity, everything burns when subjected to a high enough temperature and everything dies when the spirit of life leaves them.

That is why I started with God and add small truths to each different page. Learning comes in small bits and grows as we add each part to the whole. Understanding comes when the whole gets big enough for it to grow on its own by taking principles of truth and applying them to other knowledge we know.

Isaiah 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.

Isaiah 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

Knowing and understanding God only begins with His word. God is everywhere and His knowledge is all around us.

Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Like a complete building, God’s word supports His truth no matter where it is. Truth will support truth and reveal lies to those who understand but all begins with God.

Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Start a relationship with God, study to understand Him and you will learn truth and no one will be able to take it away from you.

2Timoth 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
