SOME THOUGHTS

                                SOME THOUGHTS I’VE HAD

I wonder why God lets you go through the things that you do? Is it for his glory? How is he going to get any glory from an old man walking around griping with any thing that moves? Even the dogs try to sneak by when they see you coming.

One of them wet in a bad place in the house the other day and I scared him so bad correcting him that he promptly pouped where he was standing?  That did not help matters at all.

I wonder why the IRS gets so adamant about getting forms and payments in on time when they screw up the refund and delay it for four months.

You really feel like singing “O VICTORY IN JESUS”     IS THERE REALLY A GOD WHO CARES? You get an email from someone who wanted prayer for someone in the family a couple of months previously; saying that the funeral for this person was the next week. They were asking what happened?  Suddenly your pool of wisdom is empty and all you can say right then is I don’t know!!!

There is an email for prayer for a home in foreclosure, prayer for a child given just a short time to live because of cancer. Prayer request for a family who lost it all in the floods from hurricane Isaac.  It was almost the end for them when in the last minutes they were rescued from their roof top before the floods completely collapsed the house.

Prayer for a small mid western community who couldn’t get food because everything was given out before the storm came. The town was surrounded by flood water so they could only be reached by care flights a helicopter group. DOES GOD REALLY CARE???

YES GOD DOES REALLY CARE BECAUSE SOME HOW IN HIS GREAT GLORY AND GRACE,EVERY NEED I MENTIONED ABOVE WAS TOUCHED AND CHANGED FOR HIS GLORY.
