Birthing A Spiritual Baby (pregnant with vision)

When God lays a vision upon your heart it's as if He has planted a seed and you are impregnated with a hope to see that vision come to fruition.  Well this morning I had a divine encounter with God. I'm a little embarrassed to say for every time I've tried to announce that I was going to write a book I would find every excuse imaginable that if I got stuck the book got thrown away and all thoughts of ever having a book disapated....Oh Gosh you may say oh here she goes again! Well...yes here I go again Lord! Lisa the exciteable child the one that is sure this time it's gonna be and Lord I pray that this time I will follow through!

I think God must view me at times like Peter very precocious very volatle and very wishy washy...Oh yes I said volatle now I pray that this doesn't scare you I get very angry with me because I am like a child with A.D. D. I start but never finish because I flit from place to place lol! New name Lord? "Flit" lol! okay I guess I can take that along with very scatterbrained. Oh yes that's me to a T! I can start out with the grandest of ideas but if I get stuck look-out she's mired in the cement once again and all thoughts of present illusion's of granduer excape me. Thus I am here to announce once again my present endeavor of writing a book entitled "Who Put Cement In My Shoes?  Can ya picture it? oh gosh! Always willing but never finishing well I am presently working on it and I will Lord do my very level best to go to the Finish Line this time! Signing off till next time hopefully I will have many many chapter's done by then...Pray for me :o) Lisa

I know exactly how you feel, Lisa. I have a revsnote book on disc that needs completing but I never find time to get to it. Maybe someone (not me!) should open a forum for encouraging writers. I'd read it and contribute!

He who began a good work in you, will see it to completion (my paraphrase). We are chosen because God sees something in us that He can use. Our toughest battle is the "yes" of obedience. For the very moment we step out to obey, the enemy rallies his slimey cohorts to do everything possible to stop the work of God in and through us. So, we press on, we overcome through the blood of the lamb and the power of our testimony. AMEN! Love you and love what God is doing in you for His glory!
