Just stopping by...
Hello! I was in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by. Thankyou to everyone for your comments on my blogs. They are always appreciated. Work is still hectic and I don't know when my hours will return to normal. So, I will be here occasionally til then. I'm exhausted so, if I make a typo or don't make sense, I'll apologize now. *silly grin*
And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.
This verse caught my eye Monday while I was studying. It's been such a stressful week & I've been having issues with a couple of difficult co-workers. I realize that this verse pertains to those who wouldn't hear and accept the message of Christ but, I sometimes feel like this verse can also be applied to walking away from those difficult people and their problems that are more than what YOU can deal with alone. Also, I feel it could apply to coming home from work and leaving your work troubles at the door. I'm actually looking online for some sort of helpful tips for dealing with these two in an appropriate and Godly manner. Pray for me please.
Anyway...my mother always used to quote this to me..."when it rains, it pours." I'm in a downpour right now so, I'm just sitting under the spiritual canopy and praying & waiting for the blue skies to return.
