Intoduction to My Testimony

It was one of the most frightening experiences of my life. To realize that everything I knew and trusted to be truth may possibly have been a lie. Where do you go when your very foundation, your faith is crumbling beneath you?

I found myself alone in the bathroom crying out to a God who I did not know. If  what I have been taught is not truth, then what is the truth?

"Creator God, If I've been decieved I want to know. I am afraid, but just help me know the truth. I want to know only you, Jehovah God, the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob."

This blog is my story, my journey from fear and confusion to faith and understanding. I learned a lot of truth and found a lot of deception and lies along my journey. It will be put together in a book which I believe will help others to face and conquer the fear and doubts that come when a LDS believer considers the possibility that maybe they've been lied to. I hope that my story will inspire others to challenge the blanket explainations for the questions and controversies that come up against the Morman doctrine.

Please pray for me as I blog here some pieces of the book in progress and revise to complete the work God had me to begin 15 years ago. Your feed back and suggestions are most appreciated. If someone you know or love is LDS please feel free to share my story with them.

If you are a LDS member know that everything I say is love and compassion. I was raised in the LDS church and I was the most devote and loyal defender of my faith until God stepped in.
