Praize
offers advertisers opportunities to target a huge
audience by individual property, interest area and geography
on a local, international or global basis. To reach the
right audience, advertising banners can be placed in targeted
directory categories and content areas, on specific pages
and in keyword search results. Customized Home Page Promotions
combine high-visibility placement with opportunities to
quickly showcase sites, brands, products and services
in a unique interactive package to the Praize audience.
Banner advertising rates are priced per month
and vary based on property, targeted placement
and quantity of page views per month.
- Recognized
agencies receive net rates - a 15% discount on the
gross rate. All rates listed are gross.
- All
insertion orders are subject to Praize's Standard
Terms and Conditions for Advertising.
- Praize
reserves the right to modify rates at any time.
- The
minimum advertising buy is $50.00.
- Rates
vary based on volume of monthly page views required.
- Rates
are rounded to the nearest dollar.

All advertisements to be run on Praize must meet
the following creative guidelines:
- Advertisements
cannot mislead the user. For example, Praize will
not accept advertisements that look or act like Windows
dialogue boxes or error messages.
- Advertisements
cannot look like Praize content.
- Advertisements
cannot contain pictures or images of minors or those
who appear to be minors, or words describing individuals
as such.

Praize
reserves the right to review, request modifications
to, or reject any advertisement, at any time, at its
sole discretion. For any queries regarding creative

- All
advertising on Praize begins with a signed Insertion
Order and a Standard Terms and Conditions sheet.
- New
advertisers should submit a signed Insertion Order,
Standard Terms and Conditions, graphics, alternate
text description, and URL's at least 7 days prior
to insertion term.
- A
maximum of six (6) pieces of creative may run at a
time per Praize insertion order. One piece of creative
consists of one banner and its linking URL.
- Scheduling
changes, new target URL's, and/or new graphics should
be submitted at least four (4) working days prior
to effective date.
- Praize
does not advertise hard liquor, tobacco products,
or gambling.
- All
advertisements will be reviewed by Praize and are
subject to approval by Praize before placement on-site.
We reserve the right to reject any Insertion Order,
graphic, text description or URL.
